    Fresh fruit protein smoothie... havent decided the flavor. thinking maybe trying and apple pie one with cinnamon and apple.

    lost 5 lbs... feel better already. mmmm... gourmet protein shakes. :lol:

    just had a 2.5 hr business lunch at l woods that included: sundried tomato flat bread, calamari, blue chese burger, homemade potato chips, pickle, and a hot fudge sundae

    a big ole sandwich with the fixings. And cookies for desert. Work had lunch catered in today for us. Love lunches like that.

    Boar's Head BBQ chicken with lettuce on a wheat roll, some BBQ potato chips, and a Cherry Coke. I'm dying for some McNuggets but it's crappy outside and I'm not wasting the food I brought with me so that's out of the question today. I just hope none of my co-workers go to McDonad's today because the smell of it might drive me nuts.

    I don't put the pickles on the sandwich but I eat them afterwards. It's a weird combo I've been doing for years. I don't get it either. :?
