Israel is not just any country, it's part of the American bloodstream. America has a special relationship with Israel. If it ends, all those Arab cats will attack them.

Is this why you think Israel keeps building illegal Jewish-only settlements?

Whaaa? Nah bro, Israel builds settlements because of a Racist policy and movement aimed at the pushing out of Native Palestinians from their land and the extension/expansion of an all Zionist Jewish State. Using Propaganda to trick and manipulate the uninformed American public to support it's actions, No other country can go around destroying a people as the Zionists are doing to the Palestinians, yet control the system so well, that criticism of it is simply looked at as being wrong and what they say is anti semitic.

Fair do's. Though as for Israel being a part of the American bloodstream, I'm not so sure. Israel didn't feature so highly in America's scheme of things until the Six Day War. The so-called special relationship you mention is really just an outdated vestige of the cold war. It would be far more beneficial for the U.S if it ceased giving unconditional support to Israel.

I would call Americas Unconditional support of Israel, in the bloodstream, one flow, the question is, is it right? The question is why are they still in the bloodstream? We know how they got in it, like you said, around the 6 day war, when the British Empire made way for the American Empire. we saw the power shift, Really in 1958? and Americas overthrowing of the Iran's democratically elected President Mossadegh and America's backing of the brutal Shah. Americas foreign policy ego grew 1000 times.

So Americas special relationship with Israel is not quite outdated, it's more of a constant update that it get's,a constant software update or refresh, a constant blood transfusion which is not allowing it to become outdated, every time America sends the State of Israel weapons, every time America sit's at the UN and speaks of justice then Vetoes Resolutions against Israeli crimes. Every time America does these things it's renewing this special bond.

No doubt by America backing away from it's support of the State it will allow it to become out dated. No doubt America ceasing it's support for Israel would be beneficial for America, the same way it's no doubt beneficial for someone who's stabbing themselves to stop stabbing themselves. Unless the goal is to kill oneself..

So again, one asks, why does the American government really support them? A truth much deeper than what is talked about.

Some would say this annual shakedown of U.S taxpayers by Israel to the tune of $4 Billion, along with the constant vetoeing of any and very U.N resolution critical of Israel, is largely to do with the A.I.P.A.C lobby.

Sure, but we still wonder why they (AIPAC) has so much influence over the American government, imagine, you can not become the President of the United States without confessing your love for Israel. This is a strange thing no doubt!

We are just touching the surface of this reality. For sure the rabbit hole goes much deeper.
