I love college basketball. I find it WAY better than the NBA. Nothing like March Madness. Now that we're in conference play, the season gets better and better.

I like it equally, though I prefer the college atmosphere without the canned noise and sound effects.

hoops is my favorite sport and I never watch the NBA. It is just flat out unwatchable. players going through the motions 3/4 of the time, no passion, and only about 4 teams can actually win it all. College hoops played on campus (sorry big east still prefer on campus over nba arenas) is awesome with the atmosphere.

Big East teams play on their campus: UConn, 'Cuse, Pitt, WV, ND, Rutgers, Cincy...

St. John's plays at MSG and the tournament is always at MSG.

i know those teams play on campus and i prefer those games to the non-campus games. the georgetown, nova, uconn non-Gample games, even Providence just aren't as good as the on campus ones in my opinion. just a better atmosphere on campus.

i like Mizzou with that number. Haven't been impressed with K-state at all this year. I know they've had guys in and out of the lineup due to suspensions. Missouri coming off tough loss to Texas A&M and lost to Colorado last weekend but I like this team.

  • With the NBA, I can watch a Knick game from start to finish. I can also watch the Celtics-Lakers from start to finish and other games of that nature. From my standpoint, NBA-TV is a valuable channel because on nights when they don't have games, they do a nice job of cutting into the fourth quarter of games coming down to the wire. I think I have the tolerance for the NBA because I used to write about it extensively.

Man, those guys came to Temple last year, destroyed our team, took over our building, left with our women. That was bad. Funny thing was, we almost beat them in Kansas the year before.

Love college basketball, although the teams I pull for are either too inconsistent or just plain bad right now. Had some long nights watching/listening to some of those games.

so who do you cheer for? So. Carolina or Clemson?

The college basketball season is only getting better and better with conference play now, then conference tournaments, selection Sunday, and finally, March Madness!

South Carolina. Graduated from there in 2005. The Gamecocks are the inconsistent team on my list, and it's primarily due to relying on mainly freshmen and sophomores.

Other teams I pull for are Winthrop and UNC. Both of them just aren't very good right now.

that makes me feel a little better about the Gamecocks' loss to Bama

if he's given enough time to establish his program, I think that Anthony Grant will turn Bama into the dominant team in the SEC West

Clemson has never won a game at North Carolina. 0-55, how is this possible? man you could get lucky once. crazy.
