.bin files pleassssse

I just downloaded a who concert with 2 files, a .bin one of 700megabytes, and a .cue one, of 1kb.
HOW DO I WATCH THE CONCERT?

    You gotta burn the files through a burning software.
    Like IMGBurn, Nero etc..

    Also, if you want to view the file, great app is VLC.

    i downloaded the program and doesn't let me watch it.
    I tried to burn it and doesn't let me.

    where did you download it? is it a torrent? was it fully downloaded?
    what app now. i don't have on this pc.
    but search google to find that freeware app where you can extract the .bin file to your hd.

    also, ya sure it isn't an audio show?

    It is a torrent I downloaded from demonoid, a dvd, video. it has 2 shows, one has finished

    Don't need to burn. Daemon Tools creates a virtual dvd and play on player such as windvd.

    You can find Daemon and Windvd for free probably on demomoid or just google.
