Not seeing Pearl Jam sooner than I did. Always loved them, and had plans to see them summer after 8th grade with friends in San Diego when the whole ticketmaster dispute happened and the shows were cancelled. We were bummed and even though I'd still buy and listen to their albums, wouldn't buy tickets because of that.
Finally saw them in '06 on the Avocado tour and wow, had I been missing out all those years. 6 PJ and 1 EV show since then with hopefully many to follow.
Oh, also someone offered to sell me tickets to LA 3 '09. My girlfriend at the time scoffed at me when I asked her about buying them and taking her, saying "oh, so you just have to go to all the shows?" since I had already been to Outside Lands, and had tickets to LA 1, 2, and SD with other people. She realized she stuck her foot in her mouth since I called her out on going to 3 Angels games in 4 nights (Myself = Die-hard Dodgers fan) so she begged me to take her to LA 1 so she could share in something that I was so passionate about. She really enjoyed the show and as we were having dinner together the night of LA 3 which I passed up, she said she'd be curious to go again to see how much they change it up setlist wise and see how different of a show it was.
Needless to say, I was absolutely kicking myself later that night when friends at the show told me about Hunger Strike with Cornell.

My biggest disappointment is easily Jeff Buckley.

A female co-worker (who was pretty hot) had a spare ticket but to avoid an argument with my girlfriend at the time I declined - I think it was about a year later, u all know what happened..........:cry:

I'll never get that chance again and will always regret it :(

Me too. I was away with a woman I'd met a couple of months before and thought that another chance would be along soon enough. 6 FUCKIN' YEARS!!!!!

Well I'm married to her now so I suppose it was worth it.

My biggest regret was not seeing Little Feat when I had the chance in the 70s. In 1979 Lowell George died so that was that.

Small club show - I was on the guest list and simply got too wasted to go to the show. I couldn't even stand up - still regret not going to that show.

Ahhhh...the Beta Bar. Isn't that the one that use to be The Cow Haus?

I wish I would have gone to see Deadmau5 when he came to Austin last year. I watched the DVD of the Toronto show and it looked amazing. I saw him at ACL a few years ago, but I know the visuals were better on this tour.

A U2 show in Melbourne. Cant remember what year it was, it would have been late 80s or early 90s. Had a ticket but it was pouring with rain that night, absolutely torrential and I decided I didnt want to brave the bad weather. I've seen them live since but would have liked to have seen them before they were as big as they are now.

Faith No More, Soundwave Adelaide 2010? I think that's the year?
Had tickets but gave them away because I was pregnant. Can't say I 'regret' it because if I had that time over, I still would never go but sad I missed them. ;) my little chicken was more important. :)

Just thought that that might come across as judgmental, not having a go at women that do go to concerts pregnant, Soundwave is notoriously a little violent, Just thought I'd clarify that before I got some angry feedback. :? :)

Alpine Valley, even though it would have been really really really difficult and would have cost me a ton.

More realistically, not seeing Arcade Fire/Spoon at MSG in 2010.

    Lots of regrets! hahaha

Incubus..I've had the opportunity to see them at least a dozen times in the past 13 years and something ALWAYS comes up. I remember I could've seen them in '99 at a small club just before Pardon Me broke. I heard this show was killer.

Metallica in NY/NJ in 2004 and 2009. One of my all time favorite bands and I've never seen them.

Soundgarden 2011 Toronto...had the opportunity but had to pass...

    A Perfect Circle in 2002 or 2003..

Pearl Jam...Spectrum final night. I didn't even try to get tickets for this! What was I thinking!!?!?!

Radiohead in the summer of 1995 at Call The Office in London, Ont.

My drug dealer, lol, was going and wanted me to go with him, I turned him down, sigh, I liked Pablo Honey but was in to more heavy music then and didn't even know of the Bends yet then. Christ this place can hold like 300 people, I still can't believe they played there. Everytime I went to a show there afterwards I always thought that I could of seen Radiohead there on the Bends tour. Only later in 1996 did that same dealer give me The Bends cause it was fucking him up to much lol, my love for Radiohead began

not really any shows i've missed the boat on that i've lived to regret. but i really do wish i had managed to catch the avett brothers and broken social scene at bonnaroo 2008. i was there, but a little preoccupied at the time. damn, really wish i had forced myself to attend. i've seen broken social scene a couple times since, so i feel redeemed in that regard, but i have still yet to see the avett brothers. still kicking myself. i need to see that band.

i also missed pretty much every show i wanted to see on saturday at bonnaroo last year. deervana would've been nice to see...also regret missing buffalo springfield and eminem. it was an opium kind of day. oh well.

    oh wait...on second thought...

really wish i had attended one or both of the pj msg shows in '03. and state college more than anything. only show i made it to on that tour was hershey, which was great, but suffered from a terrible venue. '03 was one of the best pj tours they've had in my opinion. judging from the bootlegs of course. i also quite liked eddie's short hair-do. so handsome.

I had a chance to see oasis at Knebworth 15 1995. I was traveling in Europe at that time and a friend had applied for tickets and got 2. I ended up missing the concerts due to food poisoning. there was over 120,000 people at each concert.

that show was historical. you must still be upset over that one. damn.

    ^^yup.
I broke up with my gf only a week or two before the show, and was pretty messed up about it...didn't want to have to sit near her, esp knowing the frame of mind I'd be in at a Floyd show ;) ...couldn't find anyone else to go with.
In retrospect...i so wish I'd sucked it up and gone, either sitting near her, or alone.... Will prob never get another chance.

Easily Pearl Jam at the Brixton Academy in July 1993. I went to the Finsbury Park show on the Sunday and could get tickets for the first Brixton show on the Tuesday. Unfortunately I was only 16 and had nowhere to stay in London so I had to head back to South Wales instead :(

My biggest regret is missing Damageplan in Toronto exactly one week before Dimebag's senseless death. I, too, passed on it telling myself I'd catch 'em next time they came around. It was Christmastime and I thought I'd be better off saving my money for gifts. If only I'd known.

PJ-wise, I really regret missing the 2005 Hamilton and London shows. There was no excuse missing a show so close to home.

Kurt Cobain and Dave Grohl (acoustic), The Southern Bar (my local at the time), Edinburgh, 1st Dec 1991. I saw Nirvana 2 nights earlier at Calton Studios Edinburgh. As we were leaving we got handed a flyer for a band called Teen Spirit at The Southern, didn't think anything of it.
Went to see Lenny Kravitz on the 1st Dec, as we were walking home past The Southern, we met some friends who had just been in for a pint, raving about Kurt and Dave just wandering in with acoustic guitars and playing, chatting and generally enjoying themselves with the 20 odd people in the bar.
Seriously bugs me to this day.

I also regret not trying harder to get tix for Tom Waits in Dublin on the Glitter and Doom tour, I saw him in the eighties but that may well be my last chance to see him again.

R.E.M. the last time they played here in Zurich - I never thought it would be my last chance to see them live and very stupidly decided not to go. :?

Come to think of it, I could have realistically gone to PJ Berlin 2010 and did not even try to get tickets (10c presale was over by the time I made it to a computer, so you have to give me that at least; but I guess I could have gotten general sale tickets somehow), so that has to rank pretty high as well.

I also passed on Alice In Chains w/ Velvet Revolver at The Tabernacle in Atlanta when I lived there. Regret that one too.

Never got to see Pantera live. Every time they came through something or other came up. A fact that my hubby likes to rub in to me every chance he gets...since he saw them live something like 5 times. Ahhh regrets.

Also wish I was at the '95 PJ Soldier Field show, but alas my mom said I was too young for concerts
