Waking up with bite marks...

First on my back and now my leg.
The lump on my back from a month ago is still there only smaller in size.
Could it be spiders?

    Bed bugs aren't a question of hygiene. They nest in any crevice in your room.

    With great difficulty! First make sure what kind of bite. Spider bites are easily recognizable (and can get infected quite easily as well!) as are bed bugs. Also bed bugs won't just be one or two.

    It is just one bite at a time, it is bigger than a mosquito bite mark and painful to touch.

    Bed bugs normally don't fly solo, so you'd likely have several bites.
    Could be a spider.

    Not likely bed bugs, more likely spider. If still painful after a few days, get it checked out.

    I'm going with spider as well. Do they swell up large? warm but painful to the touch?

    Why haven't you gone to the doc about that lump?? :o OH! you know what??!!??!! :o


    maybe that lump is the spider nest itself!! AND at night they come out one by one and feed
    bit by bit off your body??? :o :shock:

    If you had bed bugs, you would notice a line of bites on your arms, legs, neck or stomach. Usually a line of four or more bites which will swell and itch. If you spent any time recently in a hotel, you should check your bedding.

    I had a friend who often traveled overseas end up with them.

    Yeah, if you wash your sheets reguarly bed bugs could still be present, and from what I've heard they are a pain in the ass to get rid of.

    That could be true. Went to school with a kid that had one crawl up in his ear and lay eggs. He had a huge egg sack pop up on the side of his head. Eventually he got bit and had to get his ear removed.

    I had the same problem a few months back.

    Something bit the hell out of my leg. It was really bad and itched for a week, followed by smaller bites over the next few weeks. I thought it was bed bugs at first, but the bites eventually stopped.. About a month ago I saw a big, light colored spider climbing the wall in my bathroom. I brutally murdered that sucker.

    It was like 7 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Freezing to death wouldn't have been any better. :twisted:
