    I don't know anything about them really. I just gathered, from listening to people on tv and on here, that they have the ability to control situations for the bad. And their mention of them in the movie Angels and Demons. It just seems like honest, average people are afraid of them, so I just thought there must be something behind it.

    it's crazy ain't it, I see where you're coming from but if you take a step back and think about it people are afraid of what they don't understand and thats when all the crazy accusations start flying and before you know it it's a big mess and misunderstanding.

    sounds alot like the craziness going on in Egypt.

    I'll admit, I've been throwing around alot of accusations and anger lately when I probably should be keeping quiet. But I just started on new meds this last week for crying out loud--after being on the same anti-depressant for 3 yrs. Us crazies aren't perfect you know. :D

    Ridiculously optimistic thought but...

    Imagine someone who is honest, straightforward, unscripted but knows how to speak with people, passionate (but not too passionate) about putting forward a realistic progressive agenda, and who is an expert at debating people with a conservative viewpoint, and even has a good track record of winning them over, and could put together a team of people who know how to use the social media to create interest... and this person was scandal-free - too good a person to be scandalized. That person exists, a million times over, but is not seen in the top ranks of the current political establishment. That person needs to just ignore the bastards and start kicking some ass.
