Didn't go to the number of shows I would have liked, but the quality was there, especially with Manchester Orchestra, Frank Turner (this guy is incredible), BRMC, and of course...you know.

Great idea, I'm always interested to see what other bands people are into! (Plus, always intrigued as to how many times people manage to see PJ! 10 Dimitris?!? :o Maybe next time I'll try for that!)

Warning: You may cringe at a few of these... but it's all good, right? :-D

    (w/ indicates the support band)

    2010:

    Paul Carrack
Dennis Locorriere w/ Andy Fairweather-Low (I went mainly for the support!)
    Glen Campbell
    Ray Davies w/ ??
    Crowded House w/ Connan Mockasin
    Jackson Browne & David Lindley
Pearl Jam w/ Ben Harper & Relentless 7, The Hives, The Gaslight Anthem, Robert Francis
Stevie Wonder w/ Jamiroquai, James Morrison, Corinne Bailey-Rae, Mary Mary, Micki Free
Paul McCartney w/ Crosby, Stills & Nash, Crowded House, Elvis Costello + others...
    Robin Trower
    Aberfeldy
    The Wedding Present

Overall, a great year, and I didn't miss many acts that I wanted to see - the main ones I regret not going to are Wilco and Robert Plant due to work commitments. Not bad at all, considering I live in the middle of (snowy) nowhere!

Hoping to make next year even better, already got plans to see Roger Waters and Brian Wilson. Maybe even Mr. Vedder, if he hits Europe!! :D

I saw them a few years ago in a small club - an evening with The Deftones - and they sounded awesome!

My cousin saw them this past year down in Miami - said they played a great set as well

definitely worth it if you like their music!! But I don't know if it was a problem of the venue -what I don't think tbh, I've been to a lot of shows in that venue before (Porcupine Tree etc.) and the sound was always GREAT- or the Bands issue, but it was dreadfully loud! Honest, EVERYONE had earplugs, tissues or even random things (whatever they could find) to protect their ears, after half an hour (at the latest) the very last person in this venue found something to put it in their ears :? took the fun away a bit and some songs weren't even recognisable:( at least for some of us.
