I have never heard a tier of a theatre referred to as "Lounge"......sounds very relaxing...maybe a bit too relaxing! :)

Having never been to the Palais in Melbourne having row A seats, will people still be standing at the barriers if they can. I remember for a Chili pepper concert at the Myer music bowl there were seats at the very front, but no one really went to their seats and all stood in the 3 or so metre gap between the stage barriers and the first row of seats?

The Palais is very strict about people staying in their allocated places, no standing in the aisles, no moving up to the front, only those people in Row A will be able to stand at the barrier.

Got ticket for Melb 2 to go with my Brissie 2 and Adelaide.

A guy I work with got row B in Adelaide through Chugg pre-sale. With people getting front & 2nd rows, I'm really worried about what crappy seats we will get through 10C. :?

It is a bit concerning.. so the fussy amongst us now need an insurance policy (i.e spending even more money), in case 10c seats are up the dress circle. :?

Yeah that is a bit of a worry. What was the point in causing a mass panic for 10C tickets if they aren't going to be decent seats? :?

From what I gather they will be spread out all over the venue. So they won’t all be front row, but some will be. I think they will be decent seats, I’m sure 10c won't stick us right up the back

Your not wrong....it will be a good time to be in Melbourne.....Think I might have to forget about seeing the footy and see the Grand Prix instead!

I really should do some work instead of researching hotels and flights......

I could be wrong....but generally speaking I thought the rip curl pro was always held around Easter which in this case is not until the Anzac Day long weekend....
