Kimi is still my favourite despite being on a non contender
I would like to see Bottas and Perez do well this year

hopefully a more competitive season and not another Merc domination

Kimi's interviews are always great; he really doesn't give a shit!

Danny Ric is the one for me, but I'm looking forward to seeing Alonso back on track, and hoping Sainz and Leclerc have a better year for Ferrari.

Wow!  Very exciting qualifying.  Honda has stepped up!  I thought at the end of Q2 that maybe Ferrari brought its own party mode this season.  Very much looking forward to the race tomorrow.

Very interesting start to the season. Not really sure what to say about that first race, except that Lewis just finds a way to win.

Gonna be a two-horse race. Which is great. Hopefully they battle all season.
I still think if Verstappen pitted the lap after Hamilton he would have won. That seemed a strange decision.

I am still confused by the pit stop strategy for both teams. Track conditions must have increased degradation because Hambone can usually do a lot more than 20 laps on the hard compound.

Yeah it was almost like there was no difference in life between the med-hard compounds.

That was an entertaining race.  Why does it feel like every time Hambone has issues there's a safety car or a red flag! He must have a horseshoe in his steering wheel.

Indeed. Wet conditions and a great track.  And a champion makes his own luck.

So Hamilton ordered Bottas and Russell (two Mercedes assets!) to save his race?  That's Piquet Jr level mastermind!

Max hoping for no wind.  The red bull dragster was almost blown off the tracks in qually. Very cool track.

I can't understand why Vertsappen didn't counter Hamilton's pit stop and come in. There was no way his tyres were making it 40+ laps. Pit the next lap, come out possibly ahead of Hamilton and fight it out on fresh rubber. It just seems like a bad team decision.

If Max pits he comes back on track behind Lewis with roughly the same tires. It was impressive watching Lewis make up 23 seconds and then take the win from Max. I was surprised when Lewis stopped for a second time.  I think the teams are still getting to know the 2021 Pirellis, which seem to degrade a bit faster than 2020.

Interesting and much needed shake up in the standings
will Bottas ever get a break? I can see Russel moving into that seat next year
great results for Sainz, Norris and Perez and grudgingly Vettel
we will see what happens with the protest over the wings
