We need to distinguish between the biological definition and the legal definition. As far as I can tell the legal definition is totally arbitrary and confused as applied by individual countries, or states.

For the sake of accuracy the term pedophile should realy only be applied to those people who have sex with, or fantasize about having sex with, pre-pubescents.
That 17 year old American lad who got a 10 year stretch after getting a blow-job from his 15 year old girlfriend was pretty fucked-up in my opinion.

i do not care about ages in any culture now.....after watching a program about how mothers prostitute thier own kids, mainly in indonesia...makes me lose my mind.
