    Mine too.

    Screw them and their fees.

I bought a car private party from California, paid to ship it to Illinois, and had to pay the state over $1k for taxes even though the state didn't do shit to help.

Well the state screwed up the title and said I had to pay to get it fixed. I told them to stick it.

I'm guessing I'll get a letter saying my license will be suspended but I'll pay $1000 to my attorney before I pay the state another $100.

If any one know the very basics of the Constitution... they would know that Presidential staff cannot draft Senate Bills.
Where were all odf these people during their high school government classes?
    ...
Hint: Read the Constitution... not the spam in you e-mailbox.

    I thought this was obvious.

Just so it wouldn't come back at me.

Many gun rights groups are saying the new Health Care law can effectively ban an individual from owning a gun. Admittedly I have not read the entire bill and I am searching for more information on this. However, the thought is that if a person had sought the help of a shrink at some point that it could be enough to say that they are mentally unfit for gun ownership.

Are there any unbiased FACTS that anyone has seen on this? I'm going to look for more.

What would you think about a UN Treaty signed by ANY US politician, from ANY party, that ultimately was viewed as un-Constitutional but seemed like a good idea to said ANY politician?

Please, speak of specifics so I can check it.
But, regarding the U.N... No, the U.N. is not specifically mentioned in the Constitution, but the President has the Power to make Treaties on Advice and Consent of the Senate as long as a minimum of two thirds of the Senators agree.
    ...
So, if you think *ANY* politician can make a treaty... like the school superintendent of Lompoc, CA. (who is a politician). Then, you really need to learn about our nation from educators, instead of Glenn Beck.

We don't owe the UN anything. When they prove their worth and their peacekeepers stop being convicted of rape, maybe I'll take them seriously.
