    CONservative governMENt

Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a law-breaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy. - Louis Brandeis

My cousin was sponsored by Nike during his career. They took him to China and he toured the factories. They told him that one of those Tiger Woods $120 golf polos cost them a gross total of less than $4 each.

Carhartt also moved manufacturing to Mexico.

Yeah... but, you got to dig through the stack to find them:
    http://www.stillmadeinusa.com/jeans.htm
"Today, Levi jeans are made overseas. Wrangler and Lee brands are owned by VF Corp., which also owns Chic Jeans, Riders, and Rustler brands. VF Corp. has manufacturing plants located in the United States , as well as other parts of the world. So, while it MAY be possible to find a pair of Wrangler or Lee jeans made in USA , it's a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack."
In most of the retail outlets (Target, Wal-Mart, JCPenny, etc...) expect to find the foriegn made.
    ...
It really is getting tougher and tougher to find things made in the U.S... unless you are in the business of all weather missile guidence systems, Big Macs or crack.

I like going to Mexico even when conditions are shit & piss. We have done several different things while visiting Mexico. I saw some pretty interesting things and have had huge success in going there. My dad, my middle brother and I were asked & paid to go there on a mission to locate a missing person. We were successful and he was reacquainted with his mother and sisters after being abducted by his father and abandoned in Mexicali at the age of 2 thirty some years ago. True story. Frickin Mexicans aren't gonna fuck with us. Easy Peesy.

I lived in Rosearito for six months and all the local people I met where so cool but the cops where on the take and the Federals where straight up thieves.
the local police were or still are running meth for the group just south of rosearito past the Federals and into TJ, as I said the locals are very cool but the feds and local cops are freaking scary and will take what they want from you.

just recieved this junk e-mail and no time to check it out but does it sound right/fact to you guys ?

    Godfather.
    *******************************************************************************************************************************

In 2007, Missouri placed on the ballot a proposed constitutional amendment designating English as the official language of Missouri . In November, 2008, nearly 90% voting in favor! Thus English became the official language for ALL governmental activity in Missouri .

No individual has the right to demand government services in a language OTHER than English.

In 2008 a measure was passed that required the Missouri Highway Patrol and other law enforcement officials to verify the immigration status of any person arrested, and inform federal authorities if the person is found to be in Missouri illegally. Missouri law enforcement offices receive specific training with respect to enforcement of federal immigration laws.

In Missouri illegal immigrants do NOT have access to taxpayers benefits such as food stamps and health care through Missouri HealthNET. In 2009 a measure was passed that ensures Missouri 's public institutions of higher education do NOT award financial aid to individuals who are illegally in the United States .

In Missouri all post-secondary institutions of higher education to annually certify to the Missouri Dept. of Higher Education that they have NOT knowingly awarded financial aid to students who are unlawfully present in the United States .

So while Arizona has made national news for its new law, it is important to remember Missouri has been far more proactive in addressing this horrific problem.

Missouri has made it clear that illegal immigrants are NOT welcome in the state and they will certainly NOT receive public benefits at the expense of Missouri taxpayers!

I thought the problem wasn't mexico, as a whole (tourist wise) but the border towns in general...
I'm pretty sure you can go to your all inclusive in Cancun and feel perfectly safe.
    I'd think differently about Tijijuana...

And its nothing new, Central America has always been a dangerous place, if you go to the wrong areas...

She was wrong because she said they were finding all kinds of beheaded bodies in the desert in Arizona and that was a flat out lie. Not one headless body has been found in that area.
