    What's up with Raj's girlfriend? They just always casually mention her in every episode with no appearances. I hope the actress didn't bail. If he reverts back into the character he was for the first 7/8 seasons I don't know if I'll be able to handle it.

    Not a big fan of her new hair style either, think she looks way better with the long hair

    are you serious?

    in my opinion, as penny has deteriorated, so has this show. I asked my wife why we even watch it anymore. it was funny when they were losers who couldn't get girls.

    so with it being less funny, and penny being a lot less attractive.....eh, I might be done with this show.

    Am I the only person in the world who doesn't find this show funny at all? I've tried to watch it a few times, but it just doesn't do it for me. The fake, high-pitched, geeky voices are terrible...can't handle it.

    It's one of the great mysteries of the world. TBS sells this show harder then Seinfeld, yet the gap in pure comedy between the two shows is measured in light years.

    the other thing is these guys were more funny when they were just a bunch of losers who couldn't get girls. now all of them have girlfriends and 3 of them are smoking hot (although penny's hotness has faded...I was watching a rerun from 2007 last night-wowzers!). it's just less believable.

    to me, it's kind of like chandler in friends. he was so much funnier single. when he landed monica, it wasn't nearly as funny/interesting to me.




    what are they going to do with wolowitz's mom?

    I assume they have a few episodes in the can with her. Wonder if they'll kill her character off. Too bad.

    So sad about her. I hate to think of the woman in terms of her storyline, but the way they have Stuart's character woven in with hers is going to make it even more difficult on them. For the sake of the actress' legacy I hope they do put the character to rest, rather than try to replace her. I read that she had an aggressive form of cancer so it's possible they recorded something in case she didn't pull through. Or they could patch together a few final lines from previous episodes.

    I kind of expect them to kill off the character, have Howard sell the house and use the money toward Stewart's new comic book shop, silent partner type thing.

    It's still so sad. RIP Ms. Carol Ann.

    They don't really have to write her off, do they? Couldn't they find someone that can do her voice? After all you never actually see what she looks like.

    They could but I hope they don't. It is an insult to the actress to recast the voice. If she was only on for one or two seasons it would be different, but she's been in the role, unseen, since the beginning. I think they should respect her legacy.
    Did the Simpson's recast the teacher? Krabaple? (Genuine question)

    No i'm pretty sure Mrs. Krabaple was not replaced. I see what you mean neither was Lionel Hutz. But then again when Jim Henson died they did find a "new" kermit.

    Just revisited this thread, I posted a lot in it, so did Pandora. Hard to believe she's gone. :(.

    The show is still awesome. Look forward to it every week. Was also wondering how they will handle death of actress that voiced Howard's mother.

    Honestly think Amy is my fav character, ever since that "tiara" episode, cracked me up. Great show.
