  • I missed out on the Ten Super Deluxe when it came out as I was in a poorly paid job. Having moved to a much better one (both in terms of the job itself and the salary) I then found it was no longer on sale through 10c and was a bit gutted.

However, two weeks ago I found a German shop selling them on eBay, including postage to the UK, for just over £90 - still sealed and in perfect quality. Arrived 3 days after I ordered too, so am very happy to finally have it.

I will be buying the new one as soon as it's released!

I didnt buy it then and I wouldnt buy it now

just give me regular records without the "extras"
  • would I buy it now? No. But that's only because I'm a broke college student right now. Would I still be lusting after it? Absolutely.

  • probably not. I was thinking of selling mine at the exact same time HMV slashed their price of it to $50. I paid $240 for mine when it came out. And all I ended up caring about was the remastered version of Ten and the Unplugged DVD.

Yes because I didn't get it when they had it on sale and I really wanted Drop in the Park.

  • No. I would have waited. I honestly haven't opened the box in months. I took the records out and listen to them but everything else I don't really care about.

sure. i could have bought it from nz, but it cost the same since they managed to put the price to pretty much what it cost me to have it shipped to nz.

so... no way to avoid shipping costs. geez. ed and co could have carried some over in their austin powers super sexx jet.

Oh, then that's the reason !
I've had mine for €50 and €2.5 postage over Amazon.fr marketplace just a few weeks back. And since its price was 4 to 5 times more everywhere else, it got me a little confused. I really wanted to make sure it was 'regular'. That was bugging me actually. Thanx for the relief :D

I would buy it again. I didn't really know what to expect since I, too, was solely interested in Ten (remastered) and the DVD, but couldn't find the so-called 'deluxe box set' anywhere. Yet opening and 'browsing' through it gave me the same feeling as watching the Single Video Theory : some sweet feeling of 'genuineness'.

No, the one I bought is good enough for me. Why would I buy it again?
