Downhill skiing, DISC golf, swimming, canoeing, hiking, hacky-sack, & fantasy football. ;)
Also concerts, movies, photography, Texas Hold'em, & all things Patriots (woohoo, 1pm baby!).
Really miss soccer & volleyball, but my knees sure don't. Completed one marathon...
Didn't think many other people liked disc golf! They just built a new course by my house! :D
LOVE it, been playin over 7 years. We have lotsa courses near me... ever play in tournament?

no, I haven't! There aren't a whole bunch of courses where I live now...and they are poorly designed so I haven't played for quite a while. I'm gonna check out the new course and maybe I'll start playing more often! :)
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Sweet! It's nice to have a "home" course that u can get a lot of practice at... our's is 27 holes around a dam. We also have a big pro-shop in the town next to us, tons of gear. The tournaments are fun, pretty laid back with lots of pay-outs . And we bring our discs on every vacay... it's fun to check out courses in diff states. I'm always happy to see more ppl (& ESPN) getting into the sport.

Are you a member on DiscGolfersR.Us?

I've been playing for more than 20 years but still haven't played in any competitions. Really have only been playing regularly the last couple. I too take my discs where ever I go. If we weren't on opposite coasts I'd say we should hang out we seem to have a lot of similar interests.

I read on there every so often, but don't really post. Yeah, I'm a lurker I guess, haha.

I've played in northern Cali (Golden Gate Park in San Fran/Tahoe Vista Regional) a few times, but never in Oregon. I'll let u know if we're ever out that way... hear Portland is a great city :)
