How fake is too fake?

So I'm at work today, this lady comes in to mail stuff to her ex... screaming at her poor 7 year old the entire time about this and that...

anyways,
now, I'm a girl but... You can't help but stare at these boobs of hers.
I mean, there's implants, and then there's over the top porn star implants...
I had to suppress my laughter... Okay, if people want to get implants or think they need them i mean that's their thing, and they can certainly be done with some amount of taste... and its not like its any of my business or anything, I just found these ones hilariously huge... I think her boobs were the size of my head... and really, she obviously wants to be looked at so its not like I feel bad for judging her.

She was just so fake, i mean everything... She couldn't even hold a pen her nails were so fake and long and delicate, and her eyebrows were even not even her natural eyebrows, and her hair looked dyed, and i'm assuming her tan is fake... although it is summer...

It's sad she feels she needs to do that to be "beautiful".
Maybe I'm just too judgemental... But I mean, she obviously gets implants for people to look at her.

    Wow, I am very intriguged...we don't have people like that here in Los Angeles!

    I always wonder about people who go over the top with boob jobs and plastic surgery....do they realize that everyone knows it ain't natural?

    Has "vaginal regeneration" made it north of the border (no pun intended) yet?

    The impression I often get when I see someone who has had a lot of surgery is that they must be very insecure or perhaps some man has made them feel unattractive in their natural state.

    Especially when I see older women who obviously had their identity linked to being pretty, I assume that they are trying to hang on to some previous state and they're losing the battle.

    One day my cousins were talking about celebrities (we are all adults) they would like to look like and they asked me who I wanted to look like and I said "Me when I was in super good shape". I am not skinny but I am not big either...just need to get in better shape. I've got curves...I am real :D

    My firm represents a bunch of tv actors, and it amazes me how different they look when they come in without make-up, fancy hair, etc. Some of them are very "crunchy" looking in real life!

    yeah you just don't see a ton of plastic surgery (or noticeable plastic surgery) up here...
    probably because the botox and silicon will freeze up here in the arctic 8-)
