Limited just means a finite number, doesn't have to be a small number. Can be one pressing and that's it, but how many?

we get what we have been asking for for ages..and some are still complaning..does it matter if 100,000 are pressed..it will not effect the price of the original and you can spin this one..but i bet over 1/2 of you will not .

i know for myself i've been waiting forever to see if i could get my hands on an into the wild record. i thought i was never going to get my hands on it since it was always like $300+ and just gave up hope. when i saw that this was for sale i jumped at the chance to own this beautiful masterpiece on vinyl. when i get it it's gonna be spun so much the needle will wear out! i don't care about the booklet, i don't care about the 7", i don't care about the cover, i just care that i'm able to finally listen to this on vinyl! i'm COMPLETELY stoked!!!!!!

I'm not pissed about the re-issue at all....I ordered one, just for fun...but the people who are questioning it's limited status and collectability are what got me a bit riled up....for all the moaning and pleading for vinyl re-issues that goes on here and then to get a really great opportunity to have a really great album on vinyl for only $30 is nothing but great (did I say great enough? )

It seems a fair amount are only concerned with potential re-sale value...which is fine, but you're never, ever gonna get this kind of money for a re-issue....some examples of truly collectible albums
