    Weekend is good so far. Wife's aunt and uncle are coming over with a leg of lamb for dinner this afternoon. Gonna throw back a few Captain and Coke's as well. Fenway came over last night to drink some beers and like he said, we had some of that Sam Adams Oak Barrell aged beer. Very good. I have to take that damn staging off my back porch so we can listen to some boots out there. It's frickin September already. That's what I'll do tomorrow to wrap up the 3 day weekend.

    During the weekend, I played this game where there are two teams, two wood boards with a hole in each one, and bean bags. Don't know what it's called but it would be a great game for tailgating.

    I'm sure you've all played it before.

    i was thinking about this, see if my logic sounds good. Ed's getting married next month, plenty of partying and vacationing to follow, but with lots of down time, time to work on his next solo album, be ready to go into a studio beginning of end of Winter/early Spring, release album and do a few small family and freinds shows around Seattle. Probably announce a short West Coast tour first 6 - 8 shows (April, May-ish), time off, Annouce a small East Coast tour (Late June). So we might be in for a long wait, almost a year from now, if were lucky. So between now and then we just gotta keep contributing to this thread, keep it at the top!, Petition Ed with our love! Sounds like a plan anyway. Any holes in this theory?

    YES! That's why Fenway came up with the #4EVCT11 campaign. I originally started this thread just as an idea and I've been overwhelmed by 16 or 17 supporters. I think the small east coast tour will happen and then we'll get some kind of PJ tour later in 2011 or it'll be 2012 when they tour again.

    Oh yes. Keep hope alive! I believe it's highly possible we see an Ed tour around here before a Pearl Jam tour. And the EVCT11 campaign will be almost as much fun as the show itself. What are we up to now Chris? 17?

    No question Nate, we will be getting an EV tour before a Pearl Jam tour. No doubt about that. And right now we are at 17! C'mon people! Let's get Eddie Vedder to CT!

    I should also add that if he's working on a new album it would be great to hear the new songs he's working on. Because we all know anything he does turns to gold.

    I looked inside the Marquee (next door to the Palace Theater) and it is a really tiny place. We'd all fit in there, somehow.
