Mods, whether it's Kat or Santos or Tim or whomever patrols the boards and somehow passed this thread on to Eddie, can you pass this message along to him also?
Eddie, can you please play either "All Things Must Pass" or "Isn't It a Pity" by George Harrison? I think you'd be able to do a really good cover of either one of those songs. "All Things Must Pass" has some of the best lyrics I've ever heard to any song and it seems like a song you would write during the "No Code" era. If you covered "Isn't It a Pity", you'd probably be able to lead a crowd sing-a-long during the end of it. Whata ya say?Shows: 6.27.08 Hartford, CT/5.15.10 Hartford, CT/6.18.2011 Hartford, CT (EV Solo)/10.19.13 Brooklyn/10.25.13 Hartford

My only apprehension to a George ATMP song is that this album is not only amazing on lyrics, melody and such, but its the guitar that makes this album what it is today. It would be great to see one of those songs played at EVCT (especially the Ballad of Sir Frankie Crisp), its missing something without the swirling/mesmerizing guitars. Just my $0.02"FF, I've heard the droning about the Sawx being the baby dolls. Yeah, I get it, you guys invented baseball and suffered forever. I get it." -JearlPam09250

So did everyone get their Ed goodies yet? I only ordered the vinyl and the 7" from 10c because I wasn't sure if they would be available in record stores. Stopped in at Best Buy on the way home from work and picked up the Bluray and CD. Cd is great. Wasn't sure if I would like it or not being ALL Ukelele but it really is subtle and soothing and just relaxing. Really like most of the songs. The bluray looks amazing ( I watched about 10m of it when I got home and didn't want to shut it off) and will watch the rest tonight. Well, hope everyone is good and enjoying the nicer weather. Later. He who forgets will be destined to remember.
