I wish her dress caught on fire

i don't get at all why people are tweaking their nips over this crap

300 dead in the southern US
    countless dying in ridiculous wars

and the focus is the royal wedding

    great

    i agree.
but i was thinking last night (i know, crazy idea, right?)
I understand why its such a big deal over there...
little girls grow up dreaming of being princesses - and this is, and maybe the only "royal wedding" they ever witness in their lifetimes.
What I dont understand, is why people here in the states give a fuck.
this means absolutely nothing to us. we have so many other things to worry about.

In addition...Ive been pondering something else brought up in this thread on the subject...
Kate Middleton is pretty. But ima need to see some more skin to determine whether or not she is HOT. :D
she could be covering up a flat and shapeless body under all those clothes...

evidence/pictures anyone? or will i have to wait for the royal honeymoon for any bikini pics??

Hmm.... Would she be hot if she WASNT showering herself?

This reminds me of the episode of the office and the debate about whether or not Hillary Swank is hot....

Jim Halpert: You know what, Kev, do me a favor. Why don't you close your eyes.
    [Kevin closes his eyes]
Jim Halpert: [whispering] OK. Now imagine that Hilary Swank comes into this office. For real. She walks over to you and she says, "Kevin Malone. I just read your online profile. There's nothing I'd rather do than make out with you right now." Now you tell me something: is she hot?
    Kevin: [nods and smiles]
Kevin: Its, is she hot, not, would you do her...Respect the game 8-)

i'd give her the screen door in a hurricane treatment without further pics

    but that's just me

i think many girls dream of being princesses... and i really didn't fully think that until reading facebook today

it actually made me kind of sad

tell me about it. princess dreams get burned down at an early age here in the states... wonder what the divorce rate is over in england, in comparison to over here.

Royal Wedding Day bump. Do you think we can get Will and Kate to come to the Hartford show?

    Hey Newch,

I caught some of the wedding footage on the news this morning and I got to thinking.....did the Beatles ever get this type of a reception for anything? Like coming back to the UK from a tour or anything?
Yep. Always a huge reception when they came back to the UK.

well since they don't brush their teeth the husbands generally know what they're getting....

not as much of a downhill decline ;)

Love George!!!! John is number one though. :D ...but actually, thinking about it, it depends on my mood. Both of them are my favorites for solo stuff :D

    youngster: Very true.

Katyz: John is #1 for me also.

My ranking for debut solo albums:

    John
    George

Not to get too far off the EVCT topic, but, and I might get flamed for this, but I think that All Things Must Pass is better than some Beatles albums. George really hit his writing peak in 1967-68 or so and it didn't waver much after that. Granted, his later albums in the 70's and 80's had their flaws but ATMP is just amazing. If the Beatles had recorded that album instead of just George, it would have been bigger than Abbey Road.

And no, All Things Must Pass is not better than Abbey Rd. But it's pretty close.

He said he recorded everything he had because he didn't want to go and look for stuff that he had hidden away. There's no question it's one of the best albums ever made.

Hey Ed, what do you think about "All Things Must Pass" or "Isn't It a Pity" in Hartford?

Agreed...ATMP is the album I play the most...there's just something about John's voice that gets me though. My mom knew them back before they were famous and said John had the best sense of humor and there was something about him that was just amazing, George was the quietest, but really nice.

Speaking of John's humor, last week I bought the three books he wrote and loving them right now! You can tell he was having fun with them and writing them for humor.
