Andy as manager ruined whatever was left of the show after Michael left. They tried to capitalize on Ed Helms success from the Hangover instead of doing what was best for the TV show. Dwight as manager would of been a much better choice but its too late now.

I don't think the show has gotten that bad, but it's definitely ran it's course. I thought it actually improved after Michael Scott left, after slipping the last season or 2 he was there. Felt like they were trying to force Michael Scott hijinks at times while he was still there.
As with most shows, after the big love story payoff they start slipping.
Part 1 of the finale was pretty good, and I can't wait to see how they wrap it up.

The two best parts of the season are Jim convincing Dwight to be the assistant managers assistant and the Daryl goodbye dance session. Those were both great.

The only thing I saw from this season was being Darryl drunk and comparing Meredith to Emma Stone. That was pretty funny.

after 2 years of garbage, they managed to go out on a high note. really enjoyed everything about the finale and the retrospect thing before it. well done all around.

Benihana Christmas was awesome. I can't remember that last time I laughed as loud as when Michael marked his girl to tell the Asian waitresses apart.

Who is confirming? The producers and Carell have all denied it?
I think it's probable he shows up at Dwight's wedding, but I haven't seen any confirmation that he'll appear.
