Announcement: I'd announce all the shows at one time so people wouldn't flood every announcement like it's the only one for the next four years. I've bashed Taylor Swift for her shitshow. I've bashed Metallica for taking 40 years to realize they should mix up their setlists... although they had announced this for Sonic Temple 2020 before James had to pull out and the whole thing was eventually canned.
I'll also bash PJ for announcing different legs separately. If 32 dates for the year were announced at once, it would lead to a MUCH easier time getting tickets. But hey, let's announce 10 USA dates, thus creating panic in Europe and South America when we all know full-well that Europe and South America will happen.
Early May - Early June: West coast USA down to Texas and up the east coast. Basically the 2013 tour in reverse.
June - August: Europe. Hit up the UK...and that means Dublin and Scotland.
November? Midwest
Early December: 2-3 Hawaii shows because eff it.
February: Australia and New Zealand.
June-August: USA and Canada 100% outdoors or as close to it as possible.
November: 3-4 shows a destination city before a well-deserved hiatus.
Rules: Three shows per person so more fans get in. If there's 10C tickets still left after the first sale, unlimited shows in a second sale. As usual, one or two tickets per show.
Two shows per locality, as much as possible. For one of those shows, ONLY fans from those localities (USA states, European countries) are eligible for 10C tickets. For the other show, it's fair game.
If a specific city/country only has one show, then any eligible 10C member can buy tickets.
Example: Seattle has two shows. Portland has one. For one of those Seattle shows, only people with a 10C address of Washington can buy tickets in the first wave. For Portland, it's fair game. It's limiting tickets to specific people to prevent locals from losing out because someone from South America hits up six USA shows and has to flip merch to afford the travel.
Seating location assignment: For USA seats, and yes, this is possible. I've seen it elsewhere:
Every 4-5 hours during venue daytime hours, a new block of members (according to number) is eligible to select seats.
If you want to sit next to a friend/friends, you'd have to wait until ALL members in your block are eligible. You'd then coordinate with your friends to select your seats. "Ok Bob, you take seats 5-6, Jane gets 7-8 and I'll take 9-10. Ok, everyone select your seats into your basket...and go!"
Basically the big/only change is instead of an algorithm or a random unknown person selecting our actual seats, we would.
Phase 1: Get selected for pit or seats.
Phase 2 OLD: "Here's your seats."
Phase 2 NEW: "Here's a map. Here's when your window opens. For the most options, be logged in five minutes before your window opens. If you do not select seats by __date__ when seat selection ends, your seats will be selected for you. If you want group seating with friends/family, log on five minutes before the last window in your group."
Example: My 279XXX might be eligible starting Tuesday at 10am. If I want to sit beside my neighbor and his 679XXX, I would want to select my seats during HIS eligibility window, starting Thursday at 4pm.
Hey, if someone really wants Stone's side or center, they can certainly try for it. If someone would rather be second tier and maybe closer to the stage instead of way far in the back and lowest level, they could try for it.
It sounds confusing, but it's really not.
The only downside? You'd have to do this for every venue...HOWEVER, the window could be the exact same. I'd log on Tuesday at 10am, see whatever seating charts I'd be eligible for and then have at it.

Get your concert and your health check all in one go at CHI Health Center ( Arena? )
Definitely confusing if you enter in the GPS if you'll end up at the hospital or at the concert venue.
Beautiful. Would love to visit someday.
