I love how some young female Nirvana fan holding up a KC poster in the crowd turned into CL sending out some guy to shout "the Foo Fighters are gay" down the microphone... strange sequence of events. CL is a complete waste of space.

in all honesty, and as a fan of courtney, she wasnt a member of nirvana so she shouldnt be included in any induction. if she had any grace at all shed allow frances to represent her father.


i recently saw the nirvana:bringing punk to the masses' exhibition at EMP and she was nowhere to be seen, so...

I was thinking it would be cool to see Frances represent Kurt at the Hall of fame when they go in. I'm a fan of Hole, as well as, Nirvana, and, Foo fighters. I just think based on that interview her reason for being pissed at Dave is over the money success foo fighters has given him. He is still entitled to Nirvana royalties, and she is saying he doesn't need the money. B.S. :evil: It's his money he earned it in both bands. I just think her reason for hating on Dave is lame.

you use the word "survivor" as if one should respect or admire her for getting through it. I can't imagine the shit she's been through, but you'd think a survivor would have a few nicer things to say to/about people and something positive to contribute to the world. her own daughter emancipated herself from her. every person she's ever known has abandoned her because of her abusive ways. that says something.

no i do not. it was a simple statement of fact. she stands there and takes every single fucking punch delivered... and she delivers a few of her own. sure shes a piece of work and oftentimes a trainwreck, not to mention perhaps not the most stable person on the face of the earth... but she is a survivor that cant be denied though it doesnt have to respected or admired. just saying is all.

Let me be the first (okay, nowhere near the first) to profess my abject hatred for Love, but also to comment:

I had the privilege ... yes privilege... of seeing Hole in '95 in Charlotte on the Live Through This tour and it was honestly one of the best shows I can remember. That's not a joke. It was really, really good.
