Pearl Jam or the Super Bowl?

Okay, since today is the first day of the NFL, a question popped up in my head:

Would you rather have front row seats to a Pearl Jam concert (city of choice) or have 50 yard line seats to the Super Bowl (your team playing- or your sport of choice)?

It's a tough choice, but I think I would go with Pearl Jam in Seattle. You know the outcome of the concert- it will rock! But your team can't guarantee a victory.

Go Bears!

  • too tough to decide
if i were guarenteed that my team would win, i'd probably go with the super bowl.
otherwise, i'd say PJ show. because you KNOW going in that you wont be disappointed.
    and
    yes,
    GO BEARS!

  • going to sporting events is fun and the super bowl would be cool but nothing tops pearl jam in concert!
  • I think I would have to be sitting on the Packer bench in order to pick a football game over seeing Pearl Jam. And then it would need to be sitting seats at the Pearl Jam show.

Pearl Jam. Because the chances of the Redskins getting into the Super Bowl any time soon are pretty slim.
  • As much as I love Pearl Jam, nothing ever matched the feeling of when the White Sox won the World Series. My first Pearl Jam show came close, but I'd rather see the Bears win the superbowl.

Well what if it was PJ or a hocky game?

Myself it's very tough choice. PJ at Alpine up close or the chance to see #4 in another Superbowl?

I choose PJ at Alpine cause I saw Brett at his best at the 1996 NFC championship game in Greenbay.

Penn State at the Rose Bowl...or Pearl Jam front row?

Pearl Jam, as long I was in the first 15 rows or anywhere at the Gorge.

  • Hands down PEARL JAM! You can watch football on the TV anytime, yes even the SB. A Pearl Jam show you can't predict what is going to happen, set list, Ed's speach, solos by Matt & Mike, posters, ect. Football is the same, stand up, throw, fall-down, yell, slap-a-butt, dance in the end-zone, someone wins someone fails. At a Pearl Jam show everyone is a winner!

If I could have seats behind the dugout for a World Series Game 7 with the Mets, I would have to take that. PJ over anything else.

  • ohh man.

Well since the Leafs have never won SHIT in my lifetime...I don't think I'll ever have to make that choice.
Football...My Fish being in the superbowl...again odds of that happening are slim cause this owner is a dickwad and refuses to get us a fuckin QB and an O line that knows how to BLOCK!!!!!

I'd pick PJ over the Superbowl...but if hell froze over and my Leafs were in the Stanley Cup finals...would have to pick the Leafs...even tho there is NOTHING like being front row at Pearl Jam.
Thats prob the ONLY thing I'd give up front row to PJ over tho.
