    Congratulations!

    a little story JB told me last evening, hand in hand, we've been together 31 years.

    He asked if I had seen the couple who had been married 85 years on the news.
    'No! Wow!' I answer.
    ummm.... we are both quiet for a moment in our individual thoughts, probably not unlike each others.
    I say 'do you think they can still hear each other?'
    he gives me that look
    "probably not" he replies.
    I laugh and say 'thats funny' picturing the old couple together
    he adds, "they're still married aren't they?!"
    You may be letting go of your freedom but keep your sense of humor, you will need it :lol:

    been married for almost 10 years now. i even started a thread on marriage counseling a couple years ago. everyday is pure bliss i tell ya. :roll:

    took wife to 1st PJ show 2 years ago after 8 years of marriage (and me basically going by myself). she loved it, she's hooked on seeing them live, she gets it now, and i'm free to hit multiple shows during tour time...:thumbup:

    I'm not married but been engaged for 21 years. It's hard work to compromise on porn, PJ and sleep ins' and eventually who gets up to see to the babies, but it is lots of fun and can work. :D

    how is it possible to not get married but be engaged for 21 years? What's the holdup? 1 year was enough for me...I can't even imagine talking about a wedding for 21!

    Without spending on wedding stuff, you get to just get on with it, and there is nothing like "no holds barred".

    9. rearrange all the cabinets she just spent 2 days making into some configuration where I can't find anything (check)
    10. sleep till noon (check)

    at least there is one thing you all will appreciate, she is not a big PJ fan, so my extras if she lets me out of the cage to see a show in another state will still be available to an 84xxx seat

    I will not be PJ restricted she loves music, just not a rock and roll person, so the green light is still on!
