You can only choose 3 Beatles songs...

I'm sure everybody on here is a pretty big fan of The Beatles. I've been on a big time Beatles kick the last few days and it got me thinking: What 3 Beatles songs could you not live without? Also, give a little explanation why this song is so awesome to you. This is quite a loaded question and can be ever-changing for most of us, but let's get it going....here's mine:
Guitar Gently Weeps (no explanation necessary)
I've Got a Feeling (beautiful harmony between J&P)
I Saw Her Standing There (the essence of "early" Beatles)
Oh man, there are so many more, but please let's keep it to 3.

I Me Mine (great bluesy breakdown)
Hello Goodbye (bass guitar dream)
If I Fell- So simple and yet so brilliant, the Beatles can make anything sound good.
I'll Follow the Sun- Paul sounds so good on this track, just a beautiful song overall.
Here, There, and Everywhere- When I re-listened to Revolver last Sept when the re-issues came out, I must have went back and played this song 20 times in a row.
I have to say that asking for 3 Beatles songs is like picking which one of your kids is you're favorite......it can't be done. There are so many more songs I know I couldn't live without but these are the 3 that I like the most right now.

1. A Day in the Life [their best song, which features even contributions from both Lennon and McCartney; while both were obviously amazing songwriters, when they came together like this it almost always resulted in a classic... we won't ever see such a talented duo of songwriters working together again... I mean, Lennon's sad, melancholy vocal, paired with McCartney's pop sensibilities, along with that orchestra coming together to form such an amazing, almost chilling climax... everything about this song is perfect]
2. Tomorrow Never Knows [who knew that a reading from the Tibetan Book of the Dead would be such a success? this song was so ahead of its time... backwards tape loops, Lennon's mantra-like phrasing, Ringo's crazy drumming... this song is so forward-thinking that it'll still influence many for years to come]
3. Day Tripper [I was struggling between either picking this one or "Happiness Is a Warm Gun", but for sheer fun, Day Tripper narrowly takes the cake... another very forward-thinking track, this song blended psychedelia with pure pop, and was one of the first songs alluding to taking drugs that became as successful as it did, just a perfect song through and through... plus it's very fun to play on guitar]
Also, I just played a poker tournament tonight and one guy at the table was like "Man, I fn hate the Beatles". I almost fell off my chair. To each his own I guess.
Across the Universe (my favorite Lennon lyrics)
Yesterday (just seems fitting right now)
No time to be void, or save up on life, you've got to spend it all
This is so tough for me, being a huge Beatles fan. This will obviously change after I write this, but here I go...
Across the Universe - Possibly Lennon's greatest lyric. Amazing. This resulted from Cynthia talking while they were in bed and Lennon was annoyed (near the end of their marriage) and he started to write this song. The lyrics are poetry. Words can't describe the way he sings this song; it's just beautiful.
Norwegian Wood - What can I say about this song? A song rumored to be about an affair Lennon had. When Lennon and McCartney sing together, it's just beautiful. George steals the song with his sitar work. Just an amazing song.
I Don't Want to Spoil the Party - This was a tough decision to put this song instead of Ticket to Ride. Amazing song and an amazing melody. Lennon in his "Dylan stage". Amazing song and amazing lyrics.
