what..did a doctor find the "gay gene" in a dna test
Yes. It hasn't all been figured out yet, but there is scientific evidence to suggest that genetics plays an important role in homosexuality.
I'm also certain that sometimes people just choose homosexuality...bisexuality...even hetero. I who really cares? I wonder why we waste so much $ researching something that certainly doesn't effect anyone else in the slightest.
Are we going to research why I (and others) prefer coke to pepsi?hippiemom = goodness0 -

There isn't a whole lot of morality tied to the choice between soft drinks. As long as people can convince themselves that it is a choice, they can conclude that it is the wrong choice and thus against god's will. If we can prove that it isn't a choice, then there is no conclusion to reach (for the god believing folks) other than them being gay is also god's will and therefore not a sin at all. In fact, it would serve as some kind of holy stamp of approval. God wants at least some of us to be gay!Idaho's Premier Outdoor Writer

Oh, and to answer the original question. It was Edward Abbey who said it best: "Growth for the sake of growth is the ideology of the cancer cell." Our goal is to metastasize until we kill our host. We are the cancer cell.Idaho's Premier Outdoor Writer
