Love The Terminator. Doesn't matter how dated it may look, it's a great story. Action, suspense, do-or-die mission to save mankind, tragic love story, something there for everybody.

I've always said that I feel the premise of that film is pretty terrifying: A machine disguised as a human, that can pretty much not be destroyed with normal weapons, has been sent from the future to kill you, and will stop at absolutely nothing to do so.

i'm reading through this post and two of my favorite all time movies have been brought up....

the goonies - to this day still a great movie in my opinion.... what kid didn't see that movie when it came out and dreamed of having those types of adventures? even as an adult i enjoy it as a movie with great characters, (... the scene where chunk breaks down and tells his story "from the beginning" makes me laugh every time), and a great (albeit far fetched) story.

back to the future - i think anyone who says this movie hasn't held up over time is crazy imho. possibly my favorite movie as a kid, and arguably still is 25 years later. now its even more fun to watch it as the things in 1985 are now as "outlandish" as the things in 1955 were in 1985. plus the realization that your parents were once just like you.... young, immature, full of questions and no answers.... great, timeless stuff. crispin glover, tom wilson, christopher lloyd and mj fox are cast perfectly.

back to the ? in the OP....... Rad the 80's BMX movie.

Fair game, however, if the Costner oil spill device works and works well, I will praise every Costner movie ever made. :)
