To the OP, what are "ethnics"? Sounds racist to me. But I have no idea since Im not Aussie.

Ethnics are people like me, non-Anglo Aussie.
Ethics/Wogs in Australia are Greeks, Italians, Croatians, Maltese, Lebs, etc etc.
Ethnic is not a racist term, the media use it, Wog can be seen as offensive.

    was that better TA?? :)

Oh and I am your all day everyday mongrel bred aussie, decendant from convicts on the 2nd fleet with an injection of irish and slovenian blood!

LORRY???!!!??? Seriously NO-ONE here says LORRY! It's usually something more of "That f*cken truck couldn't get any further up my arse if it was giving me an enema!!" It's a f*cken truck.

OK so a fair amount of that may help you, but the rest of it. There is shit in there I have never heard anyone say. But good for laugh! 8-)

All i know is that when i drive by the elementary schools or high schools their is a bunch of soccer being played by young American Boys & Girls ...

Because it's low maintenance, and the plethora of soccer moms don't want their little darlings getting hurt.

What :? that does not make any sense at all it figures coming from a Philly fan ,all is good in the world specially when the Yankees again beat down your Philly's :lol:

What makes less sense is the horrid grammar and misuse of the English language here. First, it's Phillies. Second, your adopted bandwagon team that are VERY easy to root for just got smoked by a 47 year old soft tosser tonight. Third, what doesn't make sense about my reasoning for Americans liking soccer because you see kids outside of grade schools playing the game? And I told you why that is - everyone is able to participate, it's excellent conditioning for smaller children, it's a form of safe babysitting for families, and parents - specifically moms- like their kids playing the sport instead of football because it's less physical with a less chance of getting hurt, aaaaannnnnd it's low maintenance - as in all you need is a round ball and pair of shorts to play. Moms and dads don't need to shell out a bunch of money on equipment and the such. I hope this is dumbed down enough, even for you. ;) Toodles. 8-)
