I did my purchase May 5. I don't know the status of my order. Emailed Kufala yesterday asking them, no reply yet. They're members here who made their oder after May 5 and they got the philly CDs already. Just wondering, Anyone in the same boat as me? :oops:

I emailed 10C first and they replied I should contact Kufala since they are the ones handling shipping. I went to Kufala's first email they send me that provided a link to contact them if I any question with my order. That took me to their page and left them a message there. Let me know if Kufala answered you.
That's true about the holiday delay. But did you an email letting you know they were on the way?

Yeah and it literally came a day or 2(at the most before I should have gotten it. The holiday delayed my receipt though a few days. My email came from kufala's site though not from the 10 club. I would email them if you haven't already.

I did email Kufala yesterday. No response yet. I guess I'll wait until Friday...By then I will start fuming... :twisted:

I got mine yesterday - Philly.
They screwed my order up. I bought the Philly box set.
For the 10/31/09 show - which is 3 CD's - they got me disc 1 and 3, but disc 2 is actually disc 2 from the 10/28/09 show.
Emailed KUfala to figure out what's going on. Check your orders.
All the Philly boxsets have been closed and emailed. You should have an email confirmation with a tracking #

This is funny cuz I remember last week I received my email about a day before u received yours and I am still waiting for mine and u got yours already. In fact I ordered St. Louis, Columbus, Nobelsville, and Cleveland after Kufala sent my Philly box and all those bootlegs got here before Philly. I basically started tracking it as soon as I got my tracking number using the USPS app on my iPhone. Well, I live in MA, it went from Paso Robles, CA on May 27th to Shrewsbury, MA on May 31st and then sat there for a day or so, then instead of staying in MA it was sent up to Nashua, NH! North! What?!?! Why?!?! It was already in the same state as me. Then it sat there for another day or two, then I finally get an update that it is about two cities away from me at this point, which is about 10 minutes away. Hopefully this all means that I will get it tomorrow. But we'll see. I won't put anything past the USPS at this point. Ughh! What a mess! Later

I replied to Kufala and shipping10c my information. They need to get it together.
To those 10c members that DIDN'T get the confirmation email that mentions the CDs were shipped and it had a tracking number, please contact Kufala & <!-- e --><a href="mailto:shipping@tenclub.net">shipping@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> and let them know or else you'll be waiting forever to get those Gems. :roll:
I contacted Kufala both online and later by telephone when I didn't get a response to my online inquiry. They were great...I ended up getting my order resent to me TWICE (turns out they got my online inquiry even though I didn't get a reply)..plus my original FINALLY around like 4 months AFTER I ordered it. CRAZY!
I contacted them to return my extra copies cause I'm an honest person and they told me to keep them. I gave one extra to a friend and donated my other one to a fundraiser.
I just checked my tracking number for this Philly box set and it says that it was picked up in California on May 27th, but no update after that. I mean if it's stuck at customs wouldn't it tell me it's at the border???
I know that it would take a little longer to get to Canada so I'm not really concerned at this point.
I just think UPS shouldn't bother offering tracking information if they can't be BOTHERED to update it for a damn week!
I'm just sayin...
I totally understand you. I got the Austin CD and got a tracking# it said it was delivered in California, I was freaking out bcs I live in NY,lol I contacted Kufala, they said I shouldn't worry, that ment they drop it off at the UPS in CA,
But keep an eye, if you see any fellow Canadians member get there's that when you should be alarmed.
I knew what it meant the second I read it cause it's the city where Kufala is located. They are confirming Kufala gave it to them to ship to me.
A couple of Canadians have received theirs from what I saw in another thread, but none in my Province (Ontario). Not gonna worry for another week or two though.
