Philly Box Set Missing Mike's Card

Just received my Philly box set minutes ago and it is AWESOME! Just one problem- no Mike McCready trading card! :-( I have looked throughout the box and in all the pockets for each CD thinking it may have gotten stuck, but it just isn't here. Anyone else missing Mike too? :(
BTW- they sound great to me so far!

    Send them a message....they will get you a Mike card. No problem
    Detroit Masonic Temple March 94 was my first show...Detroit Joe Louis Arena 2014 was my 39th show...Saw both Maui 98 shows...and loved all the shows in between...this band rules. I like to give stuff away...remember my name for contest posts. CHEERS!!! Pearl Jam...It's like church, but better.

    Yeah, I'm sure it won't be an issue...hopefully for Kufala's sake, I'm the only one! :)
    There is a link in the confirmation email that they sent me to let me know that my order was on its way, so I clicked on it and it took me to their Web site where I could send them a message. I included my order # and tracking # from the email along with my name and email address.
    It's an awesome set, so get it before it's gone!

    My friend didn't get one of the disks for night 1. Only one disk in the sleeve. My night 1 has no track listing or show info on either disk and kufala said they will send us replacement disks so I'm sure they will get you your card..

    At first mine appeared to be missing, like you, I checked all of the CD sleeves and there it was.

    I even got the fabled Dave A card. ;)

    My disc #2 of 10/30 show doesn't work. I sent them e-mail about week ago. No reply yet. Did they confirm shipping your card or it was a surprise? I'm starting to worry about it. What e-mail address did you use because I deleted all my Kufala messages. Please help. Loosing my mind...
