    1. Mansfield 2003- I put them together because of the one repeat during the three shows. It truly was an experience unlike any other I have had with Pearl Jam. The final show beginning with the acoustic set and then followed by an awesome main set, being the clear favorite of them all
    2. Mansfield 2, 98- First show as a 12 year old, in fifth row seats!
    3. Gorge 05
    4. LA 4, 09
    5. Boston 2010
    6. LA 3, 09- Cornell really just made a solid show turn into a special evening
    7. Boston 2, 2004
    8. Boston 2, 2006
    9. Mansfield 1, 00
    10. KC 2010- First time seeing Pearl Jam in the middle of the country. I expected a two hour show on the nose and it turned out to be about two and a half with a fun crowd and great sound. Vedder was sober (relatively) and was interacting all night with the audience. Special night.

    1.) Randalls ISland New York 9/29/96;
The sound system was not the greatest but the experience was unbelievable, it felt like they would keep playing forever. The crowd was intense, they were pitting during Daughter. I loved the general admission, made for a better crowd than the subdued middle aged yuppies filling the front rows of shows today.

2.) Seattle, Washington Key Arena 11/6/2000, perfect performance of all songs. No fast and sloppy. Red Hot Chili Peppers were awesome, very emotional night.

3.) Holmdel, NJ 7/14/03, great show with probably the best live sound quality I've ever heard. Very good performance, not fast and sloppy save a little mis-step during Present Tense.

4.) Oakland Coliseum, Oakland California 11/15/1997, huge venue (opening for the Stones) with a strong Pearl Jam fan turnout. Originally supposed to be only two shows but was expanded to four when Pearl Jam was announced as the opening act. Great set-list with some previews to "Yield", and a tight show with some classic Eddie commentary "Brown sugar can save the World", "put Saddam in the back row".

5.) MSG NYC 9/10/98, Missed the Breath show by one night, but the signs were in full effect. Ken Star bit was halarious, lot's of equipment problems but the songs they did play without glitches were some of the best live performances of those songs I've heard. Everyone seemed to be in a great mood, first time Pearl Jam together played the Garden.

6.) Seattle, Washington Key Arena 11/5/2000 Crown of Thorns, great performance but the crowd was flat.

7.) Philadelphia, PA. Spectrum 10/27/09. Great crowd., performance lacked something

8.) Camden NJ 5/28/06, the venue and the fans were not great. This show is the first where I noticed that the guys were losing something live, their shows were not the experiences they used to be.

9.) MSG NYC 6/25/2008 last because of the back up singers.

For me I have not been to nearly as many shows as most posters here, but I've been to some special shows spread out over a longer period of time than most. I missed seeing Dave Abbruzzese with Pearl Jam because they didn't play the East Coast much in the '92-'94 days., I could have seen them at the Paramount theater at the Garden in 1994 but it was such a small venue tickets were impossible in the days before the internet.

The changes in Pearl Jam's live performances over the 14 years since my first live show are dramatic, the most drastic change came in 2006. The 2006 show is where I noticed a huge difference in the shows, and it's been the same in the shows since. I don't know what's missing, but there was a substantial change somewhere between 2003 and 2006.

    I've seen 12 shows.

1.) Philly 3, 2009 (in 15 years of seeing rock concerts, this is by far the best)
2.) Borgata 2, 2005 (great setlist. GA show. "Breath." debut of "Gone." nice crowd energy. Ace Frehley.)
3.) Bristow, VA 2003 (a pretty standard show, but it was the night I truly fell in love with PJ all over again. return of "Why Go")
4.) Va. Beach, 2008 (front row! Loved seeing "Sleight of Hand" in the cool breeze and the only "Guaranteed" ever played at a PJ show)
5.) Philly 2, 2009 (great setlist and tons of crowd energy. Should probably be #3 or #4)
6.) Washington, DC 2008 (excellent show. "U" trilogy. My seats were back of the floor, so I couldn't see much)
7.) Va. Beach, 2000 (somber show, but it was my first and still very memorable)
8.) Borgata 1, 2005 (GA show. Very intimate setting and a solid set)
9.) Reading, PA 2004 (Tons of covers. Shorter set than usual since it was VFC. Good crowd and debut of "Sad")
10.) Washington, DC 2006 (The show was good but the new songs were still sinking in. "Masters of War" and "Release" were highlights. Love the poster!)
    ---
11.) Bristow, VA 2010 (Subpar set for the 2010 tour, but still very enjoyable. Loved "All Those Yesterdays")
12.) Camden 1, 2006 (Poor 10C seats almost in the grass. "Last Kiss" with the ex-convicts. Ugly city. At least I finally heard "Leash"!)
    00: Va Beach, 03: Bristow, 04: Reading, 05: Atlantic City 2x
06: Camden, Washington DC, 08: Va Beach, Washington DC
    09: Philly 2+3, 10: Bristow, 11: East Troy PJ20 1+2, 13: Baltimore, Charlottesville

    I've been to 13 shows.

    In order I'd say:

1.) MSG II 2010- Just an incredible night. amazing setlist. flawless performances. the building was shaking intensely because of the crowd. very emotional evening. definitely one of the best nights of my life. so much has been said about this show, I don't even have to explain any further.

2.) Philly Night 3 2009- I truly thought walking out of the spectrum that nothing would ever top that night (and it almost didn't). On paper it's actually an even better setlist than MSG II '10. Definitely as good as a setlist can get. crazy crowd. another one of those special nights. i remember every second of it.

3.) Boston 2010- Holy fucking setlist. song after song, it was just another one of "those shows". magic in the air for sure. I think pj is the tightest now in '10 since '00. everything just seemed flawless at this show. great crowd participation and energy (release was mind blowing). unbelievable evening.

4.) Philly Night 4 2009- the show that never ended. i was so damn happy that night. it was like a big pj dream that kept going. tons of shockers, some sloppers, but it was just like one massive pearl jam party! one of the most fun shows i've ever been to. also some nice emotional moments. great stuff. the ending will never be beat.

5.) Hartford 2008- This was THE show of that tour. my home state. tons of friends and family scattered throughout the crowd. huge tailgate. incredible night. the band had so much energy it was frightening. the setlist was killer and it was just a great time. opening with can't keep was a dream come true.

6.) Philly Night 2 2009- All the philly shows were just so fuckin great. this one was the binaural night and i loved that. found this setlist very interesting. crowd was awesome (as all the spectrum crowds were) and opening with animal was pumpin. Debut night of the score keeper girl.

7.) Philly Night 1 2009- Night 2 just barely beats it out and i'm not even really sure why. this night had an amazing setlist, featuring the come-back of rival and ghost which was unreal. everyone was excited to get the spectrum shows going. just an all around awesome night. the best thought leaving the show was knowing i had 3 more nights of it!

8.) MSG I 2010- Great show. nothing super shocking on the setlist, but it was just constructed so damn well. loved every bit of it. you are in the encore was perfect. the crowd was very into it but i expected a little more considering it was msg (they all saved it for night 2 though, that's for sure). still an amazing night. long show too!

9.) Hartford 2010- the band was just on fire (as they are for all of this tour). every song sounded perfect and the band was in such a good mood. ed was very talkative and funny. had a great time. the VH cover was a funny/awesome shock. the xl sounded great and the crowd was ready.

10.) Mansfield II 2008- Ended the 08 tour with an awesome show. wash, education, and who you are were killer. Lots of talks and funny happenings. stone sucking on cow man's utters was hysterical! very fun and upbeat show. i find myself listening to this boot a lot.

As far as the other 3 shows i've seen, i'll give a little mention:

London (O2) 2009- this show probably would have been much higher up on my list if it weren't for the fact that I had box seats. I was on a trip with family and this is how it was done. very different experience. the show was amazing, but i was very let down in the box because people were being assholes about standing and stuff. meanwhile, down on the GA floor there were fuckin moshpits during the fixer for christ's sake! i was dying to be down there! still a great show.

MSG I 2008- 3 encores, CJ Ramone guest appearence, long setlist, and super talkative ed. it was a great time, great show. the setlist was really solid, but not really any jumping out shockers, which i kind of expected at msg. i still loved the shit out of this show though.

Hartford 2006- My first show! i'll absolutely never forget it! i remember every second still! so many people rag on this show because of the somewhat short setlist, shitty weather/sound, etc. listen to the damn boot! great performances (best version of black ever?)! debut of i'm open, and sleight of hand followed it. good stuff, but everything i've seen since then has just been better and better.

basically, any pj show is an incredible experience.
but anyways, those are my rankings  .
    2006: Hartford
2008: MSG 1, Hartford, Mansfield 2, Ed Solo NYC 1
    2009: London (O2), Philly 1, 2, 3, & 4
    2010: Hartford, Boston, MSG 1 & 2

    1. Augusta, Maine 1996 ( my first show, 3rdish row it was GA back then, and D. Rodman was on stage losing it, plus i'm from Maine so hell ya)
    2. Philly III 2009 ( the set was phenomenal to say the least and i was second row right in front of mike, by the way he threw me one of his indian headdress tshirts)
    3. Quebec 2005 ( third row this time, great set, crowd and you could buy 4 beers at once and security basically encouraged people to light em up..hope this doesnt offend anyone and if it does get over it...)
    4. Bonnaroo 2008 ( what a fuc&ing weekend..for those of you who went to the show you may remember how there was the main crowd and then a little pit of maybe 500 people right in front of the stage, well i crept in somehow and when the security grabbed me i said my wife was pregnant and alone in there which was obviously a lie but a great spur of the moment lie and he let me go..haha. And the show was monumental)
    5. Montreal 2000 ( i drove from Endicott College in Mass with a buddy at midnight and got up there around 8am didnt sleep the whole day went to the show, left right after drove back to Endicott got there around 9am just in time for my accounting test... Plus I've been to 31 shows and to me it doesnt get any better than the extremely friendly and energetic crowds in Montreal)
    6. Las Vegas 2003 (my first time to Vegas, i won a decent amount of loot from those bastards at the NEWYORK NEWYORK....It wasnt the greatest set and waiting for ten club tickets was a disater but its Vegas.. Hell of a weekend)
7.Lollapalooza 2007 ( i had to throw this one in here not because of the show so much, dont get me wrong the show was incredible but being in Chicago with 100,000 plus people with the glowing skyline and fireworks as the backdrop can't really be beat)
    8. MSG II 2010 ( my first pilgrimage to see Pearl Jam at the Garden and i was with my girlfriend who is also my best friend. Shes a huge PJ fan and this was her second show...need i say anymore..haha)
9.Camden I&II 2008 ( my pussy buddies bitched out after bonnaroo and left me in Harrisburg PA, where i had to take a 4 hour shady bus ride to philly and find a hotel and a way back to Maine after the shows... The good news was the Red Sox were in town so i got to catch 2pj shows and 2sox games... I was on the lawn one night which was a first for me but I couldnt get ten club tix that night, however, people out there were great and i actually ran into couple old friends from High School... small world... i guess the adventure of the whole week made these shows stand out)
10.Boston 1998-2010 ( i've been to so many Boston shows i dont know which one to list... They always put on a heck of a show even though the Boston crowds usually suck and the security are a bunch of morons).... I guess i should have put something like Toronto 03 or Ottawa 03 at the tenth spot.

Philly Night 4 2009- the show that never ended. i was so damn happy that night. it was like a big pj dream that kept going. tons of shockers, some sloppers, but it was just like one massive pearl jam party! one of the most fun shows i've ever been to. also some nice emotional moments. great stuff. the ending will never be beat.

Hartford 2006- My first show! i'll absolutely never forget it! i remember every second still! so many people rag on this show because of the somewhat short setlist, shitty weather/sound, etc. listen to the damn boot! great performances (best version of black ever?)! debut of i'm open, and sleight of hand followed it. good stuff, but everything i've seen since then has just been better and better.

basically, any pj show is an incredible experience.
but anyways, those are my rankings  .

your show ratio is insane, you've seen like every classic show of the last 5 years...well done.....i'm just going to start going to every show you go to...

10.) Mansfield II 2008- Ended the 08 tour with an awesome show. wash, education, and who you are were killer. Lots of talks and funny happenings. stone sucking on cow man's utters was hysterical! very fun and upbeat show. i find myself listening to this boot a lot.
