Why can't every day be like Friday was...

thanks for making normal life seem sucky in comparison :lol: Now what the fuck do i do??? I got to spend two absolutely gorgeous days in new york city, smoking joints walking down the street with just the most amazing people a girl could ask for (who were all diehard fans).. oh and saw two of the sickest shows that will go down in pearl jam history! the addiction .. it grows.. Now if only i had a ten club credit card i might not go broke feeding my need...I miss you all so much.. this is just how i feel

    yeah pretty much haha..at least Summer is coming up though so i'll find SOMETHING decent musicially to hold me over until we meet again..

    This was my first tour where I've seen more than just one show. I went to Newark and msg2. How the hell do you all do it?!?!?!? Some of you go to around 5 shows in one tour. I saw PJ twice in one week and now I've just been sitting home depressed! I'm watching live at the garden as I type this and it's just making me miss MSG more!

    2 shows is enough for me, any more and I may become clinically depressed!

    Exactly.............how do u guys do it?!!?! Seriously...This was the FIRST tour where I have seen PJ more than once on a tour. I have only seen them once usually on there tour. This time i decided to go all out, and saw them in Buffalo, I was only planning to see them at the Garden once (on Fri. ) but then after my amazing experience in Newark and having 5th row seats and giving Eddie a letter, I went crazy obsessed, and got a ticket at the last min, for the the Thurs. garden show as well. So all in all, I wound up seeing them 4 times on this tour. It was crazy...I am all Pearl Jammmed out now!!!! How do u guys do it ? And travel everywhere for this? Isn't it tiring let alone expensive? Now I can't stop listening to them since Friday nights show and watching all the video clips from the show on Youtube. Pearl Jam, come back SOON, I LOVE you!!!!!!!!

    i missed all the NY shows last week but i did play golf at Harbor Town on Friday. pretty cool too.

    It is sad when its over but time helps. New memories and listening to their tunes and the anticipation of more tour to come eventually, is what we have, its all good.

    I don`t need anymore days like Friday, I stood in the will-call line almost 5hrs only to be shut-out. Thursday, yeah that was good, but my Friday was the suck - I should have started dealing with the scalpers and said F the will-call line around 6:30 ....

    should have just went to the preparties man! They always have sign up sheets for people needing tickets.. I thought will call lines were for scalpers

    MSG II was my 10th show, 3rd this tour.

    The better question is, how do you not do it!?!?

    Every time I've gone, I've felt, I want to go again. So unless I'm hitting the last show in the tour, I almost always have to go.

    Went to Albany 06'. A whim bought Boston I and II with friends, and heard LEASH for the first time in forever!

    This time around, I had tickets to MSG I and knew that I would be trying to hurt myself if I didn't go to II.

    Oh God I need a drink, of this cool cool raiinnn.

    Great thread Mandi! Withdrawals SUCK!!! but I agree, if we had the opportunity to see them everyday it wouldn't be as special!!!!!

    Hell Id be happy if i could just see all my pj buddies more than just when pj tours lol at least i could talk to people who "get it" .. its just nice having people to hang out with who like good music.. its harder to come by than one might think in everyday life.

    thanks to the gentleman who shared the green in the stairwell. smoking an L in the garden stairwell before pj was pretty awesome and felt like highschool..

    and thanks for not kicking my ass for trying to take a picture

    My buddy and I played Bethpage Black on Friday morning before the MSG II show. Oh yeah, kind of a good day.
