    It's not about ESPN. Augusta is really particular about how much TV coverage the tournament gets. And I will never understand why.
    Really? Because 56 minutes of every hour commercial free is pretty lenient. I can remember when they wouldn't show the front nine, but that's been quite some time.

    4.5 hours each for the first 2 rounds that doesnt start until 3pm ET so you miss everything in the morning and early afternoon. Only 4 hours for the 3rd round and 5 hours for the final round. Every other tourney has so much more coverage. But not this one.
    All the tournaments on NBC get the golf channel coverage from 12-2 or 3 on the weekends. It does suck none of the morning stuff is on this. Does Pebble and the other CBS broadcasts get any Golf Channel coverage? I can't remember but I would think probably not. From 2 on on the weekend is pretty standard for network coverage. Assume they'll have some marquee group and amen corner video streaming tomorrow which will have talk of what else is going on.

    But yeah, overall agreed.

    I feel like the majors get more than the standard 4 hour windows on Saturday/Sunday. Usually the first 2 rounds as well.

    It's not like people wouldn't want to go to Augusta if they had this on TV more. Oh well. Still going to watch every minute I can.

    I have the stream going on the iPad. God damn that course is beautiful. Definitely on my bucket list to get there eventually.

    Yeah, I have two screens at work. One is being used exclusively for golf.

    This is my bucket list sporting event. I would like to get to other things, but I would spend big money on this over anything else.
