I need a smoke and some fresh air after this evening's entertainment...damn
got a car...got some gas...oh let's get out of here-get out of here fast...
I hope you get this message but your not home...I will be there in just a minute or so...
I want to go but I want to go with you.

Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime. -MT

I've had enough, said enough, felt enough. I'm fine, still in it.

Best set list I have EVER seen. Done.

They'll need either a 3rd encore or a really long second one to match some of the best sets I've ever seen.

I wouldn't say the best ever, but easily the best of this tour. Why don't they do these types of sets more often??? This is what we want!!!!!!!!!! :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:

nah, they play this many b sides and rarities when there is a high fan club concentration. if the concentration is low, they almost have to play more hits. it's the smart thing to do.

although i'd kill to see sets like this, my friends who are more casual fans want to see more well-known stuff. and they pay the same to get in as we do, minus the $20 annual fee.

I agree. Im going to the next three shows, so for selfish reasons, i hope they save a few gems for MSG and Newark, but i think Boston is going to be amazing. Everything is in place for a stellar show: Boston is a great PJ city with a long history of awesome shows; the band had a day of rest; i think their intent was to play two Boston shows and they may try to make up for that lost show tonight!

Good thing a good amount of Sox fans are at this PJ show - they didn't need to see Papelbum blow another game vs the Yanks.

Let me correct myself...what SETLIST is better than either this or Philly 3- in terms of shows- Ottawa 05 was my favorite show, but this set looks a billion times better.

It's really personal... but the Gorge '05 setlist was pretty amazing! And both Gorge '06 shows had pehnomenal setlists as well... I'll never forget when they broke out Dirty Frank. But it really comes down to your personal experience at the shows that make the difference...

Yea yea yea- that was easy! And groups of shows dont count!

See now, that's the thing.. on paper Philly 4 may have looked like a better setlist than Philly 3, but I don't know ONE person who saw both shows who thinks Philly 4 was the better of the two - everyone who was there prefers Philly 3. As did I! :)

    The Vic was SICK!!

And you've got to throw some of the Gorge shows in there, def '05 and '06 #1 probably...

I said this many pages and I still believe it will be true...

    Boston 3 2003 = Boston 2010
    Hershey Park 2003= Newark 2010

Anyone think this will be true? (Meaning rarity filled show followed up with lackluster performance?)
