whoever the lottery winner was, in front of mike with green t shirt, you (and your gf or wife) were going nuts the entire night! well done! i was hoping that ed was gonna reward you with a tambourine.. the guy with the kid made a hell of a catch though, holding onto his kid while catching it. most the people i met were really cool 10c members. 6 am flight and now im at work.. exhausted but worth it. newark and msg are next..
This guy was awesome. He was jumping around the whole night just having a great time.0 -
He won the lottery....9th row, dead center! Thank you Ten Club! Thank you Pearl Jam!!! Great show, great audience! Way to show up Buffalo! Unthough Known as an opener was a great surprise. Loved Light Years, Fatal, STBC, Not For You.....
Great review in this morning's Buffalo News.

Finally! I've been calling for this & hoping the band would realise what an amazing opener it would make!
I gotta say....I was dying to hear this song and was unsure if it would go best at the beginning or late into the set but MY GOD THAT WAS PHENOMENAL!!
I'm not the hugest Severed Hand fan either but mixed in between Unthought Known and Animal, that might just be my new favorite way to start the night!
Unbelievable show last night!0 -

Agreed. These two were awesome!0 -
Gave 10C seats to my son and his friend - I think they were section 105. Unthought Known was great opener and rarity highlights Fatal and No Way were huge bonus, along with a good crowd and good setlist, and especially liked Fuckin Up/Ledbetter closing.Rochester 94

first of all - thanks for the banana mike ... didn't get much to eat before the show as every place around the venue was rammed and i wanted to see band of horses ...
some highlights:
* as others have alluded unthough known is best sung early in the set when he's still got his wind and not so much vino in him ... i would prefer a long road --> unthought known but this was great ...
* to the green shirt guy and the guy who posted earlier about winning front row in his hometown show ... you guys were great to be around
* love severed hand, light years, fatal and no way ... rvm ...
* as some are sure of getting a bit bored with the "hits" - they are the songs that gets the whole arena rockin' ...
thanks to mayday for telling me to park up the road there ... short walk and we were on the 190 to the peace bridge pretty quick ... i owe ya one ... thanks also to the other person that pm'd me a parking spot - i'm sure that would have been great too ... much appreciated - lemme know if i can return the favour ...0 -

did anyone else notice ed pulling up his socks during even flow? it was really odd- he did his usual go off to the side, smoke a cig, have some wine, relax, while they were jamming out, and then as he was casually strolling back to get to the mike he was like "oh shit, i need to pull up my socks!" and frantically pulled them up before running to the mike. maybe it was just me but it was pretty funny...
I did have great seats, row 24 floor, but I also had binoculars since 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th,etc, etc, were taken. Had to see facial expressions. I can still see their faces. Had GREAT seats thought. I am very happy. He is perfect and so is the rest of the band. I love how he fucked up and laughed and started all over-wish I could have a picture of his face. That was Eddie perfection.0 -
Wow what an amazing show last night, opening with unthought known was an unexpected treat and i can't flippin believe they played Fatal...spin the black circle b2b rearview mirror was also amazing...Can't wait for the next show...you can spend your time alone, re-digesting past regrets, oh0

Just remembered a few other awesome moments....
Anybody else catch McCready and Ament chasing each other around in a circle while playing Spin The Black Circle? Hilarious.
And did anybody catch McCready and Gossard walking back out for the encores with their arms around each other both times? So cute.0 -

I had a perfect view of where they exited/entered and I saw them come out for the 1st encore with their arms around each other, but not the second time, so cool

Comatose was skipped in Enc 1.
In Enc 2 I believe two were skipped but only one I saw was Gonna See My Friend (BOO - I wanted that!).
We'll have to wait to hear what that third one was because I can not remember for the life of me.0 -

That's surprising, the place looked pretty much packed. Maybe because it was a single?0 -

yeah cool, glad you had fun, I saw them enter for the first encore from the back and they had their arms around each other the whole way, I thought perhaps one of them lifted the other onto the stage, then thought it was Ed cause I saw him working out his ankle during even flow like he buggered it somehow1998 ~ Barrie
