The Oakland A's had their 12th walk off win of the season last night, securing the best record in July at 19-4. They also passed the Giants for the best record in the bay!

McCutchen eating the 101 mph fastball was just about the most badass thing I have ever seen.

I love how dusty baker pretends to have nothing to do with it any time one of his opponents gets hit. He needs an ass kicking

Yeah, seems like everyone was getting hit in that series. He always plays dumb with everything. That team always seems to be starting shit. McCutchen ate that and just walked to first, pretty awesome.

Yeah, it was justified vs STL because larussa is equally as douchey, but he does seem to unprovokingly start shit. It's a shame too because I really like the reds squad, fun team to watch...just can't stand their manager

mccutchen is a beast. Poor man's Trout

I remember about a month or two ago people on this thread saying the AL was so much better than the NL. I told you all that the Nats, Braves, and Reds were for real ;)

Well, winning percentage is not as impressive, but they will be a contendar in the playoffs :)

I like the show. Is it just me or when Ramirez was talking to Reyes about the trade did they seem to be making fun of Randy Choate? I think Ramirez said somethin glike "they wouldn't make the deal without Choate"...and then Ryes said something like "who...the lefty submariner guy"?

I watched the first couple of episodes. It was pretty good, butfor obvious reasons, I'm pretty sick of Ozzie Guillen. Defintely very well done by MLB productions/Showtime. Like you said, it's pretty obvious why that team was a complete disaster. I never realized what a clown Hanley Ramirez is.

if the NL wildcard stays the same, I'd say 99% of the country will be rooting for 81's Bucs (sorry, SVRD)
