Happy to see a game 5 in Cleveland.  Going to have to scratch and claw, but they have life
The squeeze bunt to score the fifth run and ultimately the winning run was cool.
A play you NEVER see anymore!
Roger Craig used to love the squeeze bunt. Humm Baby!

So is Chisolm actively trying to make the Royals bean him next year or does he just not know when to shut his mouth? Maybe both?

Not shocked. They also deal with less of the brown Atlantans at the new place.

    and don’t forget to “chop”!

  • I have heard a ton of people complain about where it is but everyone still goes!

Turner Field was amazing.  That was a great stadium to visit.

It's definitely not convenient if you live in Atlanta city limits. Best thing they could do would be expand the Marta system out that way, but I doubt they will.

I've seen games at Fulton County Stadium, Turner Field, and Truist Park. In terms of just watching a game, Truist Park is definitely the best. As far as fan experience stuff, I don't know. Never really paid much attention to that stuff. Even as a kid, if I went to a game, I wanted to watch the game not go play or whatever else.

I've been to a bunch of stadiums.  Turner was beautiful.  If you wanted you could hang in the back and watch on that big screen and hang.  That was cool.

I am still not over the fact that I missed Maddux pitch by one day though.  Still angry. That was 03.

I saw Maddux beat my Giants for #300. Put those fucking ticket stubs on ebay RIGHT away!

My favorite pitcher was Glavine and never got to see him in person. Missed one of his starts by one day too. Dad and I had planned a trip to catch a game and thought we had it aligned, but I think a rain out happened the week before that pushed his start to the day after our trip. Still, it was a baseball game with my dad and Chipper Jones hit a homer so it was good!

He's not making any friends with the fans and now the players.  I honestly had no problem with the "lucky" comment.  Clap back at the dude, but don't take it personal.  It made for a more compelling series and he meant nothing malicious by it.  The slide, I get his point on defending Volpe, but not cool to call Garcia a sore loser.  I'm sure Jazz takes losing very professionally himself... :s

I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

Give me a Dodgers/Yankees World Series and I'll be happy.
They are the last 2 teams I want to see in the WS.

I may not watch if that happens.

I do not follow baseball anywhere near as much as I did 20-30 years ago. I couldn't tell you 5 starters on both MLB all-star teams combined.

    But I know Judge
    And I know Ohtani

To me it's a no brainer.

I don't like either team so I don't care about Judge or Ohtani being in the WS.

not the worst announcing team, but I get a little tired of Francoeur calling Anderson “BA” and BA calling Francoeur “Frenchy.”

I'm not a big fan of Machado either.

But, I'd rather the Padres over BOTH LAD & NYM.
