SELL THE TEAM!! A once great franchise is now a bad joke.
I just heard they didn’t even sell out their season opener. Against the cubs, no less. Could be a long 3-4 years in sactown.

They have good young talent and some good prospects ready to come up, so I think if they are competitive people will come.

This. I'm sure they'll turn it around. Although I heard no team that has started 0-7 has made the playoffs before.

    Opening day at Wrigley.
As a kid this was The Second Greatest Day of the year, after Christmas.

Not so much as an adult. But its still a good day. Warm weather is on the way.
    Take me piece by piece.....

HOF is a joke. yes, I’m a Giants guy. Yes, Ryne Sandberg is deserving. But Kent maxed out at 46% of the vote after ten years on the ballot? explain that to me. gold gloves? no, Kent didn’t win any but he was certainly serviceable. just means there was always someone better. big deal.

P.S. I never even particularly liked Kent.
