    Mets in 7. (Not the matchup I was rooting for but will be exciting to see the Mets get this done.)
    Interesting that the last wins for these teams came in consecutive years in 85/86. One of their fan bases are going to pop that balloon.

    KC has pretty good pitching as well. Royals in 7, but I kinda want the Mets to win.

    Oh yeah, Royals are a very good team but I just think that Mets rotation is too good. Should be a good series.

    yes and no. Every team in the playoffs has good pitching (and Royals bullpen is lights out) so it's the offenses that can break through (usually with home runs) that pitching that wins the games. As much as the Mets pitchers were good against the Cubs they basically won the series because of Murphy's bat. I don't see him continuing that streak so i like the Royals. Also like the fact that the Royals were there last year.

    Harold Reynolds is awful. I am not a big fan of verducci, I think he seems uncomfortable and out of place but I am a big fan of Joe Buck calling baseball. Always brought down by a poor booth. McCarver and now this nonsense.

    Lets the crowd speak for him and shuts up. Hasn't said a word since KC scored as he shouldn't but now the other two numb nuts won't shut up
