Lemme tell ya. I've only seen 'em in MSG twice, but when those lights go down, and the place starts to shake, there's something in the air that can only be described as religious. It's an unreal feeling. MSG1 will be show #11 for me, and I'm as excited as I was for my first (9/4/00).

That just made me so damn excited. I am so so so pumped for the MSG shows. Absolutely the most excited I have ever been for a show in my entire life.

Going to 3 shows this tour, which will put me at 35 shows, and each one brings me as close to a heart attack without actually having one right as they take the stage everytime. It doesnt matter what song they go in to, just their presence and the crowd are overwhelming, especially my 15+ front row shows! But yes, MSG has a special place in my heart for the 4 times Ive seen them there.

So, MSG1 falls out on a Jewish holiday, which ends at around 9PM. So, as am observant Jew, I, my brothers, and my lady will be walking about 150 blocks so we can spend part of then holiday with family, and the other part with our PJ family. That's dedication, my friends.

my gf im sure is annoyed with all my pj talk.. i tell her their playing a badass show! and she goes, are you listening to it? i say no, she goes, then what do you mean... and im like well i read the setlist and she says cool but not the same... you know what i mean

Ed said he forgot to call his Mom today so had the crowd say "Happy Mother's Day Karen" and for Stone's Mom "Happy Mother's Day Carolyn"...they will give them a tape of it tomorrow.

My friends don't necessarily give me shit for liking Pearl Jam, I think they're just tired of hearing about how amazing I think they are all the time

yea she is really into also, been to 8 shows, me 20.
i just get all excited reading the threads because they continue to get better and we are doing 3 shows, last 3 of the tour, did the 1st 3 last year... shes never been to NY and im taking her for the last check off of my pj list (garden shows) now all i need is to see them in Rotterdam and ill be very happy! But yea shes into them alot too, just not enough to sit on the computer refreshing the live setlist... she can look when its over. some of us are just THAT into pj... but im glad im not the only one!
