The strange part is with how bad the O line is its Romo I thought would be out for the season :lol::lol::lol:.

Ditto. I thought Orton would have played a few games this season easily.

I thought Romo would never make it this far into the season ... Orton is probably preying nothing happens to Romo. If the cowboys o not commit to fixing the O line in the offseason then it doesn't matter what else happens ... we'll still be in the same boat next year.

Let's keep on rollin'! Nice to see some guys playing with heart. The O line looks a little better but if it wasn't for Romo, there's no way we'd be thinking playoffs right now!

Great effort by the team to keep things close, lucky that the Giants lost another game so next week's game is for the division. I know the defense has had a lot of injuries but is so frustrating every week to watch them totally confused out there, especially in the red zone and having to burn timeouts just to get the right guys on the field. I still think they have a pretty decent chance against the Redskins.

Can someone please explain how is it the Cowboys can still win the division? I can't figure it out.

If they win next week they'll be tied with Washington. But the Redskins beat them already. They are both 1-1 against the Giants, and 2-0 against the Eagles.

Washington has scored more points overall though.

    What am I missing?

    NFL Division tie breakers:

    1) H2H - they would be 1-1
    2) division record - they would both be 4-2
    3) record Vs common opponents - their afc games will wind up deciding this  Cowboys were 3-1 Vs afc this year. This is how the boys win division

(in 3 way tie, gmen eliminated on division record, then 2 way kicks in for remaining 2)
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.

Yes, I read from Adam Schefter's twitter this morning that it has been moved to the Sunday night game.

Post game shows are already tearing Romo to SHREDS. Newy Scruggs normally has his nose planted firmly in Tony's rose-scented ass, and he's putting it all on Tony.

The newspapers have been pretty good reading today. I think the headline on the sports page of the Dallas Morning News said it best: "Same Old Story". There's also some funny excuse making going on. Both the Dallas Morning News and Denton Record Chronicle had stories that blamed the cold weather for the loss. Romo grew up in Wisconsin and played college ball in Illinois, if the cold weather causes him to throw 3 INTs then I doubt he would have made it to the NFL.

Leave it to a football team balls deep in the "nobody cares" category to be able to smell their own.

Apparently he has never been part of a winning team in his 9 years as a defensive coordinator.
