    Does anybody know...

    If you purchase the actual CD, do you get to download the files immediately (i.e. while you wait patiently for the CD to come in the mail), like in previous years?

    I didn't have that problem. Did you get Flac or MP3?

    I got mp3, 10c said I need to right click/save as. I'll try that when I get back to my computer.

    yeah I've never been able to do that before...although I like it and it seems like a good deal as long as you give up your return rights I guess

    it was when "basecamp" was running the bootleg program...
    they would let you download a raw unmastered show while you waited for your mastered CD..
    This was for the 2003 tour boots only....

    Sorry, but I no longer see any of the 2010 bootlegs in any section of the goods. I saw New Orleans last night, but now that's no longer there. Help please.

    Ah yes, the 64 kbps mp3 downloads. Those were the day's. Not even a few hours after the show we got the download. Back then I didn't buy all the 2003. Uni & work was insane. Wish I did cause that's one collection I don't have in the archive complete. The complete free 2003 64kbps mp3 downloads.

    I'm 100% sure that during the 2003 tour, if you bought the CD via tenclub, they allowed you to download the tracks immediately, with the CD showing up a few weeks later. I remember downloading Long Road and Gimme Some Truth on my in-laws computers after the show, as we crashed at their house following the concert...

    Don't know if they've done anything like this more recently, because I haven't purchased any bootlegs from the last few tours.

    I think back in 2003, the reason they offered the low quality mp3s when you purchased the CD was because they didn't have downloads for sale like they do now. Only CD versions of the bootlegs. So at the time, the digital download was viewed more as a bonus - now it's a viable (and more profitable) business.
