    It is a different world.  Demand for live shows will be very high. And there is the issue with limited numbers of tickets being released in the first place, as is often the case with NYC shows.
    I’m sure only a fraction of the tickets were sold today.  Most will be sold on Friday.

    Totally forgot about the pre-sale (and that I was on the Forest Hills email list from last time in 2019), and ended up logging on 15 min late at 10:15. By some miracle, scored a GA pair for the Friday night show. This will be my 8th MMJ show, but my college roomie's 1st! Such a beautiful venue and area. So happy this is happening-

    ah Damn, didn't see this until now. I was able to get a philly ticket although it was kinda a pain since I was at work using my phone. Although I think my seat is closer. I'm in section Prime, Row E

    VIP worth it? Sure seems like it but thought I’d double check with people may have done it before. Would already buy a poster and the backpack and ear plugs seem like a solid value.

    I haven’t done it before did this time. I figured not paying for shows for over a year, and likely not being able to do one big holiday yet again justifies it. Plus, I likely will do only 1 show instead of typically 2-3. And last, I’m taking the wife and she could care less about the poster, backpack so I will likely offload hers to offset the cost. I ended up getting front row in prime 300. Worth it right there.

    Went for it. Been a decade since I’ve seen them. Will have an extra poster available iff anybody attending is interested in avoiding the hassle.

    Just feels like different times when it comes to VIP for bands nowadays, not complaining, but much preferred the value of what you were getting in the past...on the Waterfall tour, VIP included soundcheck, signed poster by the band,early merch access and early entry/primo seat......feels like less interaction plus bands have also probably gotten smarter to the demand/value of their merch (Tool)

    Yeah, still seemed like a solid deal once I started comparing it to similar seats on the “secondary” market, which where about $20 less than VIP.
