"Tea Party supporters are wealthier and more well-educated than the general public, and are no more or less afraid of falling into a lower socioeconomic class, according to the latest New York Times/CBS News poll."

interesting considering the tea party people they quoted didn't have very intelligent things to say ... unless they were taken out of context for effect ...

some are giving the Baggers too much credit. It never started out as noble and wanting taxes lowered. It started out the moment Obama took office when there was GOING TO BE A tax cut and was one.

Which begs the question... If they are more well-educated... then WHY are they so easily swayed?
They were swayed to believe that there would be Death Panel Squads, killing granny... swayed to believe there would be a televised indoctrination of their school children to Socialism... swayed to believe the Swine Flu vaccination was some sort of Government plan for mind control or some crazy shit... and swayed to believe our economic ills stem from Mexicans, making sub-standard wages, yet support Wall Street millionaire douchebags should remain un-regulated.
And the topper...swayed to believ that Sarah Palin would be a good President!!!

WHAT education systems leads us to this?
