i have a feeling almost EVERYONE HERE will be able to get tickets for whatever show they want.....when the general sale goes down...

Im hoping i get lucky tomorrow, but im not too optimistic about it. I couldnt get any today, im not mad about it at all - i already kind of knew i had no chance today after seeing the presale password on ebay.....people do anything to make a quick buck dont they...sickening...password flippers are worse than ticket scalpers or poster flippers IMHO

I think you're right...a LOT of people I know got tickets during the 10C sale, even with all the commotion...so hopefully the rest will get them tomorrow.
Im sorry - i meant the KROQ - Foo fighters fiasco - not the TM sale today
What happened was - foo was supposed to have a sort of secret show at the fonda, then for some odd reason, KROQ announced it on air the day before, thus making it impossible for the fans who were trying to get tix, because of scalpers and their hack programs. I wasnt at all mad about that, and not getting tickets. I merely asked a polite question to their board mods, and i got a response like - we dont even work for the band, we work for another company whom the band hired. and i wont repeat anything he/she said to me, but most of it was pretty rude, and didnt even sound like they were a foo fan. On top of all that, they were condoning the sales and purchasing of tickets through ebay - they even posted a thread to tell people to get the tix on ebay.
I apologize to anyone whomm i may have offended by my previously vague post.

Got in to the Ticketmaster site at 10am on the dot raced through the screening process to no avail.
Tried the process over and over again for 40min. & there were no tickets to be had.
Typical KROQ pre-sale crap as usual.
I agree with an earlier post that Fri. at 10am the actual sale date is when those of us that got shut out on the Ten Club sale will make our mark to score tickets.

Oh yeah, the memories are bright and clear...passing the wine cup around, Mike coming down on the rail, ahh that was such an amazing night. A lot of good people too, I was really happy with the turnout of fans that were able to get in, that helped a ton. I was worried it was going to be too casual.

The gf and I are going both nights in L.A......we saw them in London and Cardiff in November...great arena rock shows!
