I just think it's really dumb for you to start a thread on the 10C's site cause for what I can see you are aware that they are the ones who regulate the board and throw it on their face that they made a mistake sent two LP's and you decided to keep it without paying... the fact that someone sends you something by mistake doesn't mean you are entitled to keep it, it doesnt mean either than you should fork money out of your pocket to return it, which is why I think the 10C would have told you "Keep it and Enjoy!"

They once sent me the wrong shirt. I emailed them and they said to send it back and they would send me the right one and for my trouble I also got a bootleg of my choice!

I ordered the Avocado vinyl back in June '06 and it hadn't arrived by August. Emailed 10 club, they quickly sent me a pre-sale fan club cd (which I didn't order because I didn't know they were different from the store version) but they forgot again about the vinyl.
Luckily, I received the vinyl by November (phew weren't sold out) and I have an unopened fan club Avocado cd along with the bonus Live cd.

see in the UK if something is 'wrongly delivered' to a house.. i.e. 2 vinyl records instead of one... then you are obliged to contact the shipper and ask them to come and collect it (you are not expected to spend your own time and money 'repackaging', going to a Post Office, paying for postage, etc.) and then if they fail to do show after 90 days then under the "unsolicited goods act" the vinyl is legally yours to keep.
i agree with you... i think 10c would have just said 'keep it' as getting it sent back would have been way too much hassle...

The way I heard it, the 2000 tour was the first that used seniority. In 1998, even though it was allocated seats it wasn't based on when you joined the club, but rather when you got your ticket order in. Correct me if I'm wrong? That's how I always thought it was. Of course, the NZ shows were GA so it didnt make any difference here. Still hasn't (since the band hasnt been back here yet!).
I ordered the Mad Season cd a few years back. About 8 days later a huge ass package arrived on my porch from the 10club. I opened it up and the damn fools mistakenly packaged up Mike and sent him instead.
I've seen Mike. He would probably fit in a Mad Season CD package.

When I picked up my tickets at the Toronto show in 2003 the envelope had 4 tickets. I went back to the window and told them something wasn't right because they gave me too many tickets. Gave them the envelope and they gave it back with just the 2 tickets. I really don't believe in karma, but I did meet Eddie in the parking lot there after the show.
I also received 3 copies of the holiday single one year. I had read on here that others also were receiving multiple copies and that the response from 10 Club was to give the extras to friends, so that's what I did with them.
