Go into General Forum and there are pictures everywhere! The show just started 30 minutes ago so there won't be anything on the front page. There has been rumours for weeks Eddie would be playing w/ them, hopefully on more songs also! He will be singing more w/ them for it has been confirmed that Eddie is playing the role of the GODFATHER!

Just confirmed Eddie will be playing the role of the Godfather, so he will be singing on several songs! Also confirmed several cameras and recording gear everywhere!

For me personally there is nothing greater in music then my favorite singer(Eddie) playing w/ my favorite guitar player, rock star, writer, etc...(Pete)! I have seen this combination 3 times in my life, but nothing was better then when they played Heart To Hang Onto and Magic Bus at the House of Blues in Chicago back in 97'!

Why do you say it won't be released? There is probably more footage of the WHO on DVD then any other band in Rock history. They already have an entire concert release of them w/ Eddie from the very first RAH show 10 years ago, and 2 different releases of them doing QUADROPHENIA from 96/97. I have at least 13 band approved releases on DVD and thats not including many of their best shows w/ Moon such as 'Live at Leeds', 'Tanglewood', 'Houston 75', etc...(which are mind-blowing concerts no band can touch, including even are beloved PJ). If theres recording gear there, which there is, it will be released!

Word has it Eddie has been through 3 changes already. I've been to the RAH and it is absolutely the coolest concert hall I've ever seen! I would imagine by tonite there will be pictures all over the internet!

???? Word on the street if all goes well tonite and Uncle Neil's suggestion to PT for his ears works a Fall Tour of Quadrophenia is in the air. My question is if PJ is all done w/ touring BS and Matt is off drumming w/ SG, would Eddie play the role of the Godfather in the shows? He loves the WHO like no-one else and it would also make Daltrey's load alot easier. Just asking??? It would be amazing!!!

Pearl jam need to play this venue. The thought of a gig filled with fellow 10 club members makes my hair stick on ends. Such an amazing venue.

Am just on the train in my way home from the gig. To say Brisk and I got a little excited the first time Ed walked on may be an understatement :P Ed had his own little platform and was sporting Rock Star shades. Definitely made what was always going to be an amazing night a little bit more special.

This is close to mind blowing. I agree that I hope high quality audio and video becomes available. I bet the energy in there is off the charts. I hear its a great venue.

This is awesome. I got the CD of the first time Eddie played with The Who at Royal Albert Hall when I was 15. I wasn't really a pearl jam fan at the time, but hearing Eddie with The Who, and actually making the songs better definitely made me check out some pearl jam stuff. I was (and still am) a huge Who fan at the time,when I heard Eddie make those songs better, I knew I had to check out some PJ music. It led me to become the fan I am today. It's so cool they're doing it again.
