    I would like to meet the person who pays $2000 for this, so I can either ask them for at least $500,000 since they are clearly insanely rich, have money to burn, and would'nt even notice giving away that much money, or punch them in the face for wasting $2000 on a 45.

    Yeah - I love collecting all things PJ, but this one I just cant justify. I paid $400 for an Orange Fixer and kind of immediately regretted it even though it was technically free (I had $400 in eBay bucks to use). And even THEN I regretted it!

    $2K for the same 7" in another color I just can't do. I'll keep watching for that and a white B/S, but I will never pay those prices. Unless I come into millions of dollars, but since I'm not a huge lotto guy its not going to happen!

    I agree with you there. The single is still fresh, not even a year old and it's selling for 2 thousand American Dollars? That's alot of mula for a fresh printed vinyl.

    It's kinda sad that the band (if it's true) gave only copies of the blue Fixer to family & friends, that one of those people are selling it to make profit out of it. Great friend of the band alright. If I had a copy I would never of sold it. But that's me. I'm a Pearl Jam Archivist!

    I noticed that as well....pretty interesting nonetheless.....considering I just bought a SOLDIER FIELD for $330...I could never justify that kind of money for a 7"

    What a money maker this band has become. I remember my first show it was 19.50 to see the show. We traded setlists, concerts etc.... Now its x for a poster x for a single. C'mon We are not major league baseball

    They are money makers cause they are doing it smart. the moment the Re release everything . there value is going to the floor . Look what happen to the original ten LP u cant give that LP away .

    I'm certainly not vouching for anyone, as I don't know 'em, but with over 1800 feedback and a 100% positive...who knows....doesn't really look painted though...more marbled...either way it doesn't really matter...I seriously doubt anyone will actually bid on it.....I was just shocked to see it in the first place....I just asked him to clarify where he got it (or she, sorry...) because they didn't answer that part of the question sent before....maybe someone here at 10C could help us verify it being legit?!

    according to my research it was purchased by the seller at SXSW for $1,000...

    so if it ain't real, he got duped out of a grand, but I'm leaning toward believing it to be genuine...would any of us drop a grand on a guess? :shock:

    I am a 21st century digital boy, so maybe I am just retarded, but would the eventual owner of this play it and find jesus or something?? If it is simply to own something nobody else owns and that a select few would want, well, I still cannot understand.......even though I am ridiculous with certain items I have collected....I guess I don't own anything that you cannot use as it was intended....like why would I buy a golden penis enlarger if all I could do was look at it...I want that thing doing its job....and to tie this all together, why buy a golden one when the soft vinyl one my mom got me for 3 dollars at the flea market has worked just the same all of these years......

    I dropped a grand on Guess His Weight at the fair....he said it was either 210 or 211, my choice...the funny thing was, after guessing 211 and losing, he let me bet again....I took 211 again, and was still wrong.

    If you guy's have already sent messages to 10club & the item is still available over @ eBay, then the item must be legit, right? Kinda sucks we as fans don't know anything about these rare gems. How many white Backspacer Lp's there are? How many orange Fixer singles there are? How many blue Fixer singles there are? And in what shades?
